Saw it on YouTube, but I'm at work or I'd post here to show up. But if it's not still on the front page, search for it... although I'm sure most of you have seen it ;)
It's the commercial that urges you to "sell out" your family, friends and whatnot, to use some precious or unique moment to thrust an Instinct into the frame and win... something. I forget what.

You could try a software upgrade (if you don't already have v.07), but if the keypad lights are out, and the external screen flickers, that sounds like a hardware problem, and you should be able to exchange it for a refurb. :paranoid:
Note: to check SW version:
Menu>settings and tools>phone info>SW/HW version.
The latest software is VX10KV07. 8)
