That's a soft reset. To do a hard reset, you hold the red END key while you press the little button. Press the little button, but keep holding the END key until the logo comes up on the screen. Then let go of the END key. It asks you to press UP on the directional pad to do a hard reset or down to not do a hard reset. Note that a hard reset wipes most user data and files, clearing memory and glitches that occur. It's important to do a sync before for anything important. After working with customers who have had these issues, for years now, I recommend doing that about once a month for Palm and Windows Mobile PDA phones. They just seem to glitch worse and worse the longer they go between full resets.

And here comes the customer's deafness..

Re: Will Dual Band for GSM work?

It seems to me that the link you provided answers your question (just use the link further down the page - under PLEASE NOTE): An international cell phone is classified as a GSM mobile phone that operates on the GSM 900 and GSM 1800 frequency. An international cell phone with the appropriate sim card, will provide coverage in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Pacific Rim including Australia. A world cell phone with the GSM 1900 frequency will expand coverage to include the United States, Canada and a growing part of South America. Every GSM wireless phone we sell is unlocked and will work with any SIM card from any carrier in the world. SIM cards may be purchased online for a growing number of select international destinations. A GSM 900/1800 international cell phone is perfect if you only plan on using the cell phone overseas

Music as ringtones

Just as a note...you CAN use your music as a ringtone, but you have to cut it down to 29 seconds or less. I don't know why AT&T puts this limit on the phone, as "unlocked" Z9's (and RAZR2 V9's) don't have this limit. It IS possible to edit this and turn off the limit, though, but you have to know a little about modding your phone (google it, you'll find out which sites tell you how...I've done it).
