it's original, i wish it would be a cingy phone i'd get it. espically if it has mp3. but kyrocera hasn't done any american gsm phones so more than likely not. :x

Original?Are you kidding me?This is the cheap verion of the lg9800,a630, and the sidekick..Except this thing is MUCH MUCH uglier...I don't think I could go out in public with this phone...People would think it was a toy.The a630 was a GREAT phone in my opinion.

I actually have seen postings mentioning T-Mobile and not Cingular. In them it has been memtioned that T-Mobile won't let another Smartphone escape to the competition -- and that they are looking to replace the "old & tired" Sidekick.
It is really ironic that even after Motorola's CEO said that the MotoQ was coming out before the end of the year -- that the Treo 700w, which was announced months after the MotoQ is going to beat them to market!!! It almost smells like MPx all over again.
