User friendly Phone Tools?

I need some help finding a free phone tool program to load flex/flash into my Motorola V400 phone. I purchased a data cable that was supposed to come with a CD of software, but I can't make heads or tales of it.

I downloaded a package called SP25703, but it was in Swedish so I deleted it. Can someone help me? I just want a program that I can understand enough to download flex/flash into my phone. I already located those files. I bought a phone off ebay only to find it had no flex/flash.

A new forum category

What I think would be nice to see is a Forum category for 4G technologies and the devices that support them.

Maximum # of the Threads

Is there a maximum # of threads a forum posting can have before the posting gets locked? I know on some forum sites, the administrators can lock the post once a preset # of threads developed under it. Wasn't sure about it here.

hard of hering or people with hearing aid

my wifes heard of hearing and to hear anything she needs hearing aids. lets make a group or thread so we can talk about phones that work and phones that don't. we could also talk about extra things we could by that would help us hear better. we could also rate them. we could rate loops or head phones. this community is looking at phones differently then any other comunity in phone scoop. i helped her pick out her new phone and it was hard. so let me be the first to rate a phone for hearing aid users form what i heard from my wife. i got my wife the lgcg 300 there is alot said about the phone not having bells and whistles but in this thread we look at things differently. it the first phone she hade no feed back with the hearing aids. no...

Could you please get rid of the "How Many" thread in the lounge. The thing is getting out of hand and people keep necroposting on it because they think they're funny. It's annoying and the thing takes up almost half a page.

Motorola v176

Does this model allow one to set reminders such that it will alarm/ring at a preset time/date and display the reminder which you entered in advance?

Does it have a calendar feature?

wireless phones

we are retired and spend 7 months in Pa. and 5 months in Fl and are looking for a phone service that we don't have to pay a monthy usage charge, because we only want the phone when on the highway, back and forth and in emergency situations, where the land phone might not be working. I have been looking at Tracfone, but am not sure that we can use it both places, as you have to list your area code where you would be using or buying it. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Any suggestions?
