Get Ready for 21Mbps on T-Mobile 3G Next Year
...
Mobile broadband is a wonderful and glorious invention, giving us the ability to surf the Internet while on the go. This is great not only for smartphones, but also for 3G-connected laptops and netbooks too. The trouble is that the speed offered by today’s 3G networks still isn’t as fast as what we would get through a conventional DSL or Cable connection. That may soon be changing.
We know that network speeds are being bumped up all the time, but it seems that T-Mobile is ready to really push the envelope with its 3G network. More specifically, T-Mobile USA says that its HSPA+ 3G speeds will be getting ramped up significantly in the next year or so, hitting the 21Mbps range at some point in 2010.
To put that in

Is Tmo's 3G network ?really? capable of these sorts of speeds???. . .
Hmm, I really wonder how accurate his results are. Any MyTouch owners live in Las Vegas getting speeds above 7mbps?
Oprah offers up discount code for myTouch 3G
This is kind of funny in my case. 🤣
I just convinced a co-worker who's with TMO to get the myTouch because TMO just recently fired up 3G in our neck of the woods and I wanted to see if it'd work at work. So I told him about the myTouch, he wanted something like the Behold. 😕
So I should get to play around with a new myTouch Sunday at work, if I like it and it get's 3G reception I might pick one up and the $100 off just sweetens the deal.
Don't know if I should tell my co-worker about the coupon... 😛
I miss T-Mobile.

T-Mobile G2 or G3? Wtf?!
This guy says it has all kinds of crazy crap like Blu-Ray compatibility and stuff like that.
I did a search for "T-Mobile G3" and I found a few tidbits of info that coincide with what this guy might be saying. Supposedly, it would be made by Huawei, who I have heard of, but I think Hell might freeze over before T-mobile would carry a phone by that manufacturer, since they haven't before, and they only really carry Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola (LOL), HTC, you know.. all the standard things...

No paper bill fee!!
"Since the announcement of the paper bill fee, we've heard everything from kudos to concerns about the move to paperless – especially from our customers who today are receiving paper bills at no charge.
As a result, we have decided to not charge our customers a paper bill fee for now. Instead, we'll be taking more time to determine the fairest way possible to encourage customers to go paperless.

I did read on another forum something about naming the phone before syncing it. Haven't had luck with that though.
Anyone have this problem or any suggestions for me about this will be so appreciated.
