Unappreciating, Bratty Consumers..

😡 I'm really sick & tired of people always playing the victim role! First of all we need to realize that we have options! We also need to realize that BBB is for SERIOUS issues not because you have a 5th grade education & you're trying to use a complex phone (ie: G1). Yes, I work for a major Cell Phone provider. I will be the first to admit they are NOT perfect. But I am also a consumer & have had my dealings with several different companies. They all have one issue or another! None are perfect & nor will they ever be. I am a Customer Service Representative & I know that I am polite & courteous to each & every person I deal with. I can not say the same for them. A lot of people are foul mouthed, ignorant & well, just plain stupid! If you do...

Are you done venting yet? Why are you on this forum threatening consumers? Most consumers on this forum are more techy than you get on the phone.

I feel your pain but you need to find another way to blow of steam or even a change of jobs.

🤣 Well, I believe that is what forums are for...to voice oppinions on different topics & maybe even list some facts (which I believe I did & many CSR's all over the world would 🙄 agree). I'm not insulting the intellegence of the tech ppl & yes many of them can work a phone WAY better than me, I never claimed to be an expert. However, I know my limits, I'm not able to work a G1 & really have no need to so I know I shouldn't buy it, instead stick with a simpler phone. If you really read what I wrote you would understand what I was saying. Furthermore, I'm not threatening anyone, I'm a logical person & would never jeopardize my freedom for some idiot who thinks that their cell phone is the reason for their existence. I know exactly what you are saying.. I am a T-Mobile CSR as well, and for all facts and purposes T-Mobile is a great company to work for.. now do I think they unrealistic expectations? absolutely.. It's great they want you to be polite and courteous - I would expect NOTHING less than that in a customer service business, building a relationship is GREAT, BUT not all customers respond to that and if you deviate slightly from the plan they have set in place for you - you will ultimately get scored down and create a "bad" experience for the customer. Some people are just plain nasty when they call in and its extremely hard to take that with your game face on all the time.. atleast for me. I definitely think customer service should be a tool f...
