I have a family plan. My wife's part expires in April and I am on rolling already. I don't remember why or how that was set up but thats not the question.

I do have a question regarding ETF. I don't remember if T-Mobile does the prorated ETF or not.

Either way, how much would I have to pay to get out of my T-Mobile contract at this stage?

I am very confused about T-Mobile's new $1.50 paper billing fee. In the Chicago area, every rep in any T-Mobile corporate store I go into is COMPLETELY CLUELESS about this fee, yet it is all over this site that it will take effect on Sept. 12th. I am about to port a number over to T-Mobile, but not if they are going to charge this rediculous fee. What is really going on???? Thanking you in advance...

we cant make a payment arrangement when i need it. i mean i dont get paid til a certain date and they cant even make it til that date i mean i called in to set that up and be responsible about my payment and they wont even work with me and this is the 1st month i have had problems making my payment.

I know that they dont care why im late but i mean come on i just had a baby and my husband got laid off this month so i am on my own right now when it comes to the bills but i know that they just want there money and this does not matter.

It's an awesome thing, the 8900 is $149.00 without a rebate! I'll finally be able to get it but it just makes me wonder, are new phones on the horizon?

Hi recently lost(got stolen) my G1 at a party and instead of replacing it through insurance for crap refurbished G1, was thinking of having my mom upgrade her phone finally its been like 4 years for her upgrade... anyways if she were to upgrade her phone to the mytouch3G and give it to me and I use it on my exhisting G1 data plan would that work or would there be any issues along the way? thanks for the help people

so i am thinking of getting the samsung highlight but i have my mom on my account and we have a family plan with unlmntd text...if i get that phone do i have will i have to get the unlmntd text for her line and the 34.99 unlmntd text plus unlmntd data on my line and keep the family plan or can i just add on the unlmntd data for 24.99 to my line only? i talked to a guy when the g1 came out and he told me that i would have to do the first option which i didnt know whether to trust him or not because i didnt know if he was just trying to get sales or not...puuuuuuulllleeeeeease help me!!!

What's up guys? I am wondering if you guys can assist me in a problem I am having with T-Mobile.

My ordeal started about one month ago when the track ball on my Sidekick 08 did not work anymore. I called customer service and we conducted troubleshooting over the phone, the representative said that they would have to exchange the device. She asked me to check the water marks on the phone to ensure there was no water damage. There was one water mark I could not located, so the rep instructed me to take it to a Tmo store so they can check the water mark. At that point the rep on the told me that it would be a post exchange so that I would not spend money on the shipping, meaning i had to send the phone first and then I would get the replacem...

Any word if T-Mobile will also get the Touch Diamond 2 in addition to the Touch Pro 2?

I work for AT&T and I need to switch to another carrier because of reception issues. I know employees from larger corps usually get discounts off their plans, is there anywhere on tmobile.com where I can see those discounts for me? Whenever I go into the store I'm told that there's no employee discount for AT&T or Bellsouth emplyees, HELP!
