we cant make a payment arrangement when i need it. i mean i dont get paid til a certain date and they cant even make it til that date i mean i called in to set that up and be responsible about my payment and they wont even work with me and this is the 1st month i have had problems making my payment.

I know that they dont care why im late but i mean come on i just had a baby and my husband got laid off this month so i am on my own right now when it comes to the bills but i know that they just want there money and this does not matter.

i mean i get paid on the 14th and the furthest that they could extend it is the 11th so no matter what im d@mned if i do and d@mned if i dont...

i agree. tmobile is so strict with there arrangements. like seriously they say you cant modify or cancel the arrangement. what if. you set if for a day then somethin happens and you arent able to make it that day and you dont have any money in your account to pay it but they still draft it out. an then your screwed, but its not there problem. well its there problem if i do somethin drastic like.. idk. blow up tmo headquarters. lol. of course i would have to locate it first. hahaha. seriously tho. its a lil ridiculous. man.

Because people have taken advantage of the system and it means T-Mobile has to set very strict guidelines. There is a maximum that they can extend an arrangement out for. You should be happy that T-Mobile even does payment arrangements. Most companies (not just wireless, but in general) give no such services. It sucks, but its the way it is.

Your landlord deals with 5-20 people? TMo deals with 100s of thousands. Its all about people taking advantage like smylax says. Also they only do the payment arrangements after the account is suspended. If you need to make arrangements all the time, you might need to change the cut date of your bill.

Arrangements are not "ONLY" set up when the account is past due. and to one of the previous post if you have a auto draft set up you can simple cancel the draft PRIOR to the day of the draft. If the payment isn't there we aren't going to force you into having it drafted long as you call in prior to the posting date (the day its intended for.) IMO if you are a person that needs payment arrangements feel lucky we work with you. I've worked with several companies that simple refuse and if they do it comes with multiple 35-45$ in late fees. TMO is very fair and does a great job working with their customers especially for some that is a convience and not a necessity.

Once I messed up and missed a payment. I got a notice on my next bill that I hadn't paid my bill from the previous month, and had a bill for two months of service. No problem, I set up my payment through my bank's web bill pay. I made another mistake and set the payment up after the due date. (It was a bad month.) Later I got a call from Tmobile notifying me that my service would be discontinued if I didn't make my payment by a certain date. Knowing I had set up the payment, I went and looked at the date and realized it was set up to pay two days after the cut off date. I called Tmobile and explained my mistake. Since this was the first time I was late, they were understanding and moved the cut off date a week past the date I told them so...

That is amazing they didn't cut off your service after being a month behind. Tmo doesn't send a txt msg, or an email when the bill generates?
