New to Tmobile

Dear Friends and Family,

I recently changed teams from Sprint to Tmobile and so far I am very, very, happy with Tmobile. Despite the setbacks such as Sidekick and cell blackouts. The Customer Service of Tmobile is World Class! I am very amazed to see Tmobile taking the intantive and always doing their absolute best for their customers. I disliked Sprint very much for their lack of respect of their Customers. I would like to see though our German Parent Deusthe to come over for a year or two and help us out with our minor problems and getting more towers up all over the country. 👀

Happy Selling,

The TMO MAN!

Question about phone insurance....

I just purchased a Touch Pro2, its getting shipped today. I am planning to buy phone insurance. And I understand that I have 14 days to add it...However, do the 14 days start when I buy the phone, when I receive the phone (UPS), or when I place the sim card on the phone and actvate it...

The reason I am asking is, is that I need to change to a new plan, which by the way the new plans suck cause im going to be spending more than i used to, but I want to wait till the beginning of my next billing cycle to avoid any partial charges confusion. My next billing cycle starts on the 14 of November, and i ordered the phone on Oct 30.....

Thanks in advance.

There is no fault ever with T-Mobile, they are the best

I never... NEVER hear anything bad about T-Mobile. at&t sues over people telling the truth, they think they are the shiz because they have the iphone. Arrogant is what comes to my mind. Verizon locks down the phones because they think they are the shiz. Sprint is going bankrupt ☚ī¸ My company I'm working for will die.

T-Mobile says, hey we are nice to people, we have the sim cards and it's all good. Dear T-Mobile. I love you.

T-Mobile Charging Flexpay customers 35 to lower payment

It is unbelievable that T-Mobile is attempting to charge Flex-pay customers $35 to change their plans to the new less expensive plans with more features.

Does anyone have any ideas other than changing carriers? This account is a business account and they still don't respect receiving $125 per month.

Overcoming bad T-Mobile Customer Service

T-Mobile outsourcing customer service to India is a nightmare. One of the three ways to overcome T-Mobile's poor outsourcing decision are:

1. Choose the spanish option. (The bi-lingual spanish/english customer service rep have a better command of english)

2. Visit a corporate T-Mobile retailer.

3. Change carriers

What is the deal?

Are Google apps being blocked on T-Mo phones? I'm looking at the Sony Ericsson T707 (Equinox) and I tried downloading Google maps to the phone and the download came back with an invalid app error. Now this phone has GPS built in and why not let it run Google maps?Or is it because its a store demo and apps are blocked on in store demo phones? Please help as I really want to get this phone mainly because its got GPS and 3G.

Kind of disappointed with upgrades.

Basically my wife wanted a new phone (MyTouch)but her anniversary date wasn't due yet for an upgrade. I asked the rep if I could upgrade my phone and use my wife's SIM in it instead. He said that since I had a data plan on my phone we would have to add it with the new phone at a cost of $5 more than I was paying for of $19. He said T-Zone would not work on these new phones and the data plan was different.. just like the Blackberry and Sidekick. My wife doesn't use the internet at all so she really doesn't need the data plan and T-Zone is much cheaper. I casually mentioned that 3G wasn't in the area yet (Honolulu, Hawaii) and why would I pay for something that won't even take advantage of 3G and why would the data plan go up since it's st...

New TMO Customer and already PI$$ED!

I signed up for TMO last Thursday night on the phone. Just five days ago! I gave the agent my Credit Card info and he typed in my Exp date incorrectly, and claimed it didn't go through. But I checked online and it did go through, so I told him he couldn't run my card again. He argued with me for 15 minutes, so I cancelled it all and hung up. I called back about 8 hours later after I had cooled down. I was told I needed to pay another $82 to start up service and the first $82 would be refunded in three business days. So I agreed and did it. Well on Sunday, I heard about these new unlimited plans and I wanted that. I called them and they told me I could go in the store and do it. The store was packed as usual so I did it online and c...

Help

I bought an unlocked Samsung GT-S5230 (Tocco lite)http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_s5230-re view-335.php and I got TMO to enable my internet access. The problem is, I can't get google maps to work, I've tried troubleshooting it and still can't get it to work.

I'd really like to get a phone from Tmo as I qualify for an upgrade but want to wait till the behold 2 launches to see how much it'll cost to add data to the phone.

Anyone know how I can get google to work on this phone or should I just upgrade and be done with it?

I want a new phone

I've been a T-Mobile customer for five years. I've had the same phone the whole time - a Motorola V180. Now I want to get a smartphone, but only for one specific reason. I don't want a data plan. I don't even want access to the internet on my phone. If I had it I'd be checking it all day. What I need is a phone that runs Windows Mobile 5.1 or higher.

The reason I want this is because a friend of mine developed an application that is used to track golf statistics. You enter your score as you play on the course, and then you post the score to a website and you can do all kinds of analysis there. I want to be able to run this app on my phone. So I'm wondering if I can get an old phone with Windows Mobile on eBay or something and jus...
