hi, how did you get yours to work?? it looks pretty self-explanatory, but i'm still not getting it to work! i've just been dragging my music into bitpim...is that not right? i keep getting the "an unexpected error has occurred" box to pop up after i hit the convert option. HELP :?

hi, thanks so much for the reply! however, it keeps saying there is an "unexpected error that occurred"? i tried re-downloading bitpim, but i still get the same thing. is there a certain size or format i should put the song in before clicking "convert"? ugh, so frustrating...

I'm having trouble getting ringtones, pics, etc. onto my phone with bitpim. If anyone could give me a step by step procedure that worked for them, it would be greatly appreciated!

I was wondering if someone could give me a step by step with their Venus and Bitpim - mainly to get ringtones? I'm having some trouble - I got the program to recognize my Venus, but it's not sending any of its data (i.e. music, wallpapers) to Bitpim. Has anyone successfully used Bitpim? Please help! Thanks :)

hey guys, i just got this phone and so far so good. a couple glitches i ran into and was wondering if anyone else did too - 1. "searching for svc" banner shows often when it's not really searching for service. 2. the "alarm only" function does not work - alarm does not sound. spoke to a vzw rep and was told they're coming out with software to fix these issues, but i was wondering if i have a defective phone or ...

hey guys, i have a samsung sch-a930 and sometimes i get text messages with a "red dot" (looks like a record sign) tagged with it. the words "TEXT MESSAGE" and "INBOX" are highlighted red too. does anyone know what that means? does it have to do with ems messaging? thanks for taking the time to read this, appreciate the help!

hey guys, haha, i know this is a random question. i'm confused myself. i realized my phone (i can't think of anything else) sets off alarms when i walk in/out of a store. has anyone else been noticing this and/or know why this happens? thanks for reading. let me know if you know anything, thanks much!

hey guys, random question, i know. but has anyone else been having this problem or know why this happens? everytime i walk into/out a store, i seem to set the alarm off. i can't figure out what else would do it besides my phone. haha, thanks for reading. let me know if you know anything. thanks much!

Hi guys, I'm really interested in using a phone from Asia and/or even a phone from a different carrier. But I'm reading this and that online and not getting a straight answer to how this actually works. One thing I've been finding to be true, though, is CDMA may be more difficult for this process than GSM phones. Does Verizon even allow the use of other phones other than their own on its network? And if it does...can you guys tell ...

just wondering if anyone knew of any thin samsung flip phones coming out for verizon?? i heard some of the phones on phonearena.com aren't coming out anymore, even though it's listed as "coming soon". let me know what you guys have heard. thanks!

hey guys - i currently have the samsung sch-a930. don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT phone. i have no problems with it. BUT, i'm gettin weak lookin the new lg 8600. i'm just goin by looks cuz the a930 (i think overall) has better ratings than the 8600..... lemme know what you guys think. thanks!!

i just switched to verizon and still on the 15 day trial period. just wondering what you guys think... should i stay with my samsung sch-a930 (really good phone, pleased with it so far) or exchange it for the lg 8600? send me ur opinions. thanks!

hey guys, random question. do any of your "OK" buttons look crooked (shifted a lil to the left or right)? this is the 2nd phone verizon sent me and it's still not centered. just wonderin if anyone else is having the same problem... haha, i'm just super picky.

how is it? it looks exactly like the motokrzr, no? how sensitive are the music buttons on the outside? and the usual questions....how's the reception? phone get warm? etc?
