Went back to .109. No dial pad after making call, slow, crashes. .109 was much more stable. My 2 cents.
Typing?
Sometimes when I type the cursor jumps all over. So I started to type slow to make sure I'm not touching the screen above the keypad and it still happens. Is this a glitch or am I just lame. I do have the latest software. Very frustrating. :(

I just updated my Storm and so far it works great. Very happy with the update. The only problem that I still have is pulling up the phone. major delay. Otherwise happy. :)

Thanks HawkeyeOC. It has really helped. The only major problem I have is getting the phone to come up to make a call. I have a major delay. like I said they will fix all of this. The iphone had major problems when it was released and I was all fixed not to long after the release. Later :)

1st thing was I deleted the vz navigator and reinstalled it. I also went to the Verizon Blackberry web site and I have updated my phone 2 times since I purchased the phone and has help a lot with the speed and some of the bugs. I hope that helps. As soon as they fix the bugs this will be a great phone! :) Here is the web site for verizon wireless updates.

Download the driver update. It's located on the same site as the one you downloaded the pocket mac. I know this because BB Tec walked me threw it. Hope that helps.

Check your seatings for importing. You might have it on ACC. Make sure its on MP3.

One thing is if you bought it on itunes and it's protected it will not play. I use itunes for my music but I plug the card into a memory reader and then drag it to the card & works great. Try that and see it it works. :wink:

Just called Verizon and asked if they fixed the VZ nav. They told me to type this address in my browser: http://solutions.vzwshop.com/vzstart/bb8830/
I know it says 8830 but it works. Just click on VZ Nav download and wala. Good luck :) Also there is a download for AOL, Windows Live and Yahoo IM. I just downloaded it and it works.

I was able to down load it yesterday but the software does not work. Can't type in an address, will not find a location.ect.... They'll fix it soon. :)

I was told from a tec at verizon that there is huge problems and are working on it. My VZ Nav does not work on my cure. No worries, they will fix it.

As far a i know the answer is no. And I feel your pain. I wish the e-mail program was like getting a text message instead of that lame e-mail software. I have yahoo and I just login to yahoo mobile to check my e-mail because sometimes I can read attachments from there.

Go into your yahoo email. Then press the option button. Scroll down till you see settings. Remove the check in the box and save. Hope that helps :)

Press the scroll wheel and hold it down till the ear piece volume comes up. From there you can turn back up the volume. This happened to me a lot. Hope that helps :)

Use a card reader. Loads them fast. Only problem is you won't get the album cover art. You will need a special card reader because of the 8 gig format and old card readers will not see the card. San disk has one for about 29.99. Hope that helps :)
