Re: Does anybody know of any T-Mobile HTC UMA...
Not UMA, but 3g... different versions of existing phones like the Shadow
Re: Its official 3g by summer
The new Nokia 3555 has 3G
Re: 5300
Yes you can set your music as ringtones. You would go to the song you would like to set and hit options to set the tone.
Re: T-Mobile TV
T-Mobile is testing this in the Vegas Market.
Nokia2Win
Why would Nokia have T-Mobile Reps take a survey (a year ago) on the layout and style of their new Dealer promotion (like the old Nokia Rewards) if they were never going to release anything new for carrier incentives? This doesn't make any sense to me, anyone have a logical answer as to why they issued $50 amizon.com gift cards for taking the survey if they weren't ever going to use the information to produce anything???
Re: T Mobile -New Rewards Program for sales reps
That sure seems like there will be a lot of Cards to send out. Do you know if they will still have the same sales to report...like, only feature add ons qualifying?
Re: My Faves _The Truth is out here
No, My Faves are separate rate plans and will require a 12 month extention for existing customers to switch to. It is not just a feature add on that can be removed or added at any time. (per t-mobile training)
Re: another phonescoop giveaway
I hope I win!!! :D
Nokia Rewards
Does anyone know when the Nokia rewards will be comming out with a new promotion for T-Mobile???? They had us fill out a survey like 9 months ago for a new promotion and site design, but nothing has come of it since then.
Re: Samsung Snow Bound Challenge
I won one of those also, but what about the other big prizes? They said they would announce them, but haven't seen anything yet. Even if I didn't make it, it would be nice to know. I had 150 points!
Samsung Snow Bound Challenge
Any winners? I have not seen any announcements. When I call Samsung, they don't know anything about it.
Re: T-Mobile MP3 Ringtones... how to get them for FREE!!!!
I think it only will work on Motorola phones, I have tried that on Samsung and Nokia...niether one of them gives you the option to "go to". But this diffinetley works on motorola's!! :D
Re: Motorola Magenta RAZR - CLARIFICATION!
Just got the product/ services guide on the Magenta RAZR...First time I have ever seen them availible for sale other than a Monday, but awsome! As indirects, however, we won't be able to even order them for about another 2 weeks! (Odd how that is  )
But anyway, you were right! :)
Re: new family plan prices
Exactly right. You would only extend the add a lines 12 months from the day you make the switch. (not the first two)
Re: Nokia2Win
It's up and running for T-Mobile Reps?
Re: Motorola Magenta RAZR - CLARIFICATION!
Not to fuel a fire, but the LAUNCH date for the GC89 was on 11/7, which was a Monday. I guess at this point, the only thing we can do in our area is wait to see.
Are you doing any advertising for this? :)
Re: Motorola Magenta RAZR - CLARIFICATION!
Once again, when I say "RELEASE" date, or "LAUNCH" date, I am talking about when you can oder them for your store.
Are you corporate?
I still haven't seen any collateral or product and service guides for this. Unless our DR is behind on getting us this information, we still don't even have this phone on our order form.
Do phones get launched at different times in different parts of the country? I am just trying to understand ...
Re: Motorola Magenta RAZR
It is a smart business move, lets just hope prospective customers know that there is a new phone available. I would want to advertise the new RAZR in Wednesdays paper, to get people to come in! (but I am sure that's already been considered) :D
Re: Motorola Magenta RAZR
You are still contradicting what your saying. If first shipment was received 11/21 (a Monday), that would make it the release day (when you can get/order the phones). It doesn't necessarily mean that you are going to start selling them before 11/25. A smart business move, considering Black Friday. But, if you have the phones, you don't necessarily "have" to wait until then do you?
Re: Pink RAZR release date?
The 21st? That's a Monday, like I said.
If it's going to be released in 3 days, where is the product and service guide on it? I haven't been able to find it in the training site yet.
I may have misunderstood that you said 11/25 as your SALE date, but you misunderstood that I said RELEASE/ LAUNCH date...two different things.
Re: Poor T-Mobile...
I read threads at least once a week, and only comment about 4 times a month. This would also be the first time that I entered the "rumor mill" link. If this thread was so dead, why did you feel the need to comment in it?
As far as digging, a subscription to RCR Wireless News keeps me informed. :D
Re: Poor T-Mobile...
T-Mobile, rated #1 in customer service 2 years in a row by JD Power! Also, rated #1 in call quality. In some cases, they emphasize that more than the very competitive rate plans. International roaming, lower activation, only 1 year contracts, etc... are all good selling points as well.
Re: Motorola Magenta RAZR
T-Mobile does not release new phones on Fridays. New phones get launched on Mondays. :D
Re: Pink RAZR release date?
I hate to burst your bubble, but T-Mobile usually only releases new phones on Mondays. So don't get your hopes up on the Friday thing :)
Nokia2Win
Does anyone know when the Nokia rewards is expected to start for T-Mobile Reps?
Nokia 2 Win?
Have any Employees heard anything yet as to when the Nokia rewards will be available again?
Re: New T-Mobile Samsungs
I know that there is a blackish/grey samsung that looks like the X495, but where I am at, it's only Pre-paid.
Re: T-Mobile
If T-Mobile has lost you for good, why are you still posting on this forum? And why would you post pretty much the same thing on two different threads? Don't be such a sore looser. Maybe you'll find a job that you will like better. Why did you want to work for T-Mobile?
Re: Moto v360 (and other T-mobile) news
I have had my V300 for over a year and it still is fine. The V600 was okay too (we only had to send it in once) and haven't seen many issues in the store with it. :)
Re: Moto v360 (and other T-mobile) news
I think that the main reason for discontinuing phones, such as those, is because they are trying to have their phone line up all carrying the 850 frequency.
Re: T Mobile V Sprint
It may cover more areas. (still not availible where I'm at  ) But also consider that Verizon does have the BEST coverage nationwide. T-Mobile will cover in more areas other than Metro. I live in a rural area, where CDMA companies dominate, but we are doing a fantastic job here with T-Mobile. As a matter of fact, a CDMA provider has just recently switched their tech. to GSM in our area. ...
Re: T Mobile V Sprint
Oh, I'm sorry...One more thing. If you were so happy with Sprint, why did you switch? :?
Re: T Mobile V Sprint
So compare the INTERNATIONAL revenues and Assets with Sprint vs. T-Mobile. The i-net capabilities may be faster, but not for long... T-Mobile will catch up :) And, if you look at other facts, you will see that JD Power rated T-Mobile #1 in customer service for two years in a row (while Sprint fell dead last in 8th place for national carriers) AND... if you look at JD Powers wireless call quality performance study, you ...
Re: T Mobile V Sprint
I think this question is just all in good fun :)
Re: T Mobile V Sprint
Better plans, better prices, better customer service, better "nationwide coverage", better technology, better international capabilities... Would you like me to go on? 8) There is no question, in my mind! (opinion)
Re: funky error on v635
Just a note... My v330 also does that same thing once in a while! (where it will "kick you out")
Re: Same boat with Canadian Ebayer!
T-Mobile just released the 6101 on Sept 12, with the 850/1800/1900 bands. :-) (the phone is locked to T-Mobile though.
Re: NOKIA 6101.. simple questions
Nokia's have always had a really good battery life on them, and yes... the picture ID should work on the outer LCD. If you are still unsure, go to a T-Mobile store and ask to see the phone. :-)
Re: When is it expected?
Because, if you have a "future" roaming partner that carries the 850, you do not want your customers to be able to access it until all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed. The Nokia 6010/3595 didn't have the 850 locked out when the Dobson agreement started, and T-Mobile customers were getting bills from T-Mobile and Dobson US. Basically, T-Mobile doesn't want you to have the ability to increase coverage until all of the bugs are ...
Re: When is it expected?
Seriously...all of that technical information was given for no reason. I am NOT trying to say that my phone was "switched" from 900 to 850. I am trying to say that the 850 was un-locked on a V300. I have also stated this to you, if you would continue to read on the other thread that was started on this topic. Who am I confusing? It's simple, when T-Mobile gets the Nokia 6101, it ...
