Banned and Returned...
What is the point in allowing certain troublemakers to recreate accounts time and time again to cause more trouble? At what point does their insolence warrant an IP ban?
I don't mean to question your methods, it just seems strange that some people get banned, recreate themselves, and then get banned againt the moment they are revealed, whereas a certain someone has nearly a dozen banned SNs to his name and is still running strong.
You mean me?
I'm not sorry about that.
Hrm...
What center are you at?
Good for him!
I actually logged in today just to thrash every paragraph of your mile-long thread...
He must have seen that coming.
Oh, well...
Thanks!

Found this looking for a particular older post.
The user Simplydiva no longer exists at all. So, you can get to the post I've linked, or the one by Dread further down in the same thread, but you cannot open any of Simplydiva's posts. Note that she created the thread; if you try to go to the beginning of the thread, it's not possible, because the user no longer exists.
See the problem?
I... don't know...
But 3 is higher than 2, so obviously 2.3 is better than 2.2.
I need the best, I can work on understanding it later.
Me, too.
For me, all posts are in Central time, the same two-hour difference you experience.
It is due to our dated browser; we probably work for the same company.
Seriously?
Instead of 'confusing people', you lie to them about how their data is being handled?
The FCC wants to speak with you.

Maybe there's some confusion...
It sounds more like you're referring to locking an account so that it cannot be logged in to, such as a banned account might be. All of the information still exists in the system, the account simply cannot be logged into anymore.
'Deleted' is the wrong word for what you're wanting accomplished; As Rich stated, telling users their information was 'deleted' would be misleading. There will always be a record of some sort regarding that user's existence on the site.
In ...
Blocking 'said name'...
By keeping the account open, 'said name' is blocked from being reused.
What would the difference be between entirely deleting an account and blocking the name, as opposed to merely leaving the account open but unused?
For one, there would be more work for the administrators, both in erasing the original account and blocking the name from being used again.
Second, it's pointless and misleading. Were an account to be deleted, the messages that went along with it would go too. What ...
Agreed...
It may be stressful, but the skills you can learn are invaluable, and if you succeeded here than you can make it in nearly any business environment.
The D700...
Is the Samsung Epic. I would expect this to be a mid-range smartphone with 4G capabilities, to provide an option less expensive than the Evo/Epic for 4G-hungry customers. It'll probably have a keyboard with a screen akin to the Intercept.
Modern style?
I like these forums, tyvm...
Seriously though, they are organized as branching forums to make it easier to follow discussions.
I'm confused...
Is this regarding a particular suit, or is the supreme court just granting ATT immunity to class-action lawsuits and letting the other carriers swim on their own?
Re: Agent of the Day...
Yeah, I once did not believe what a customer was saying because it sounded so off-the-wall, we went in circles until I finally called a number he claimed was internal but not part of any of my records... I called the number, got an executive escalations rep, and they told me what was up.
I came back to the line with the customer and apologized.
Agent of the Day...
You totally misinformed the customer, and then later said something different, then said something different again!
First you said that it IS eligible for an upgrade to the iPhone.
Then you say it WILL BE eligible 05/15/2011.
Then you say that it IS eligible for anything EXCEPT the iPhone.
Make up your mind; it's no wonder you have such a tough time with customers.
You took a class...
on something called forum domination?
And aced it?
You forgot...
Offer contract extensions, remind of self-service options, and proactively remind customers of their phone upgrades.
:)
Lies.
This is wholly untrue; I get to deny prorated credits on a regular basis. Please review the Terms and Conditions of Service.
Honest answer?
My service does randomly drop from 3G to 1x service, especially when I'm doing data-heavy activities. It usually requires a manual Profile Update on the device, then it'll work for a half hour to an hour before randomly dropping off again. It doesn't seem to be due to any specific area, it's just a strange consistancy with the network everywhere I've been. Granted, it could be an issue with the phone.
I use WiFi for consistant, strong internet connections. 3G ...
Re: Correction:
Weird, I never noticed it before. My pricing info says it was released 02/27 of this year, but I only just now realized how expensive it was. That intrigued me.
So it's more of a mobile computer instead of a smart-phone? That would explain the pricing difference, and the lack of PS coverage.
Thanks!
Missing device: ES400S
Today, Sprint released the ES400S, which can be seen on their website at the incredibly high price of $549.99 after all rebates. Since the second most expensive phone is only $199.99, I came here to compare devices and find out what makes this particular model so darn expensive.
To my surprise, it's not listed in the device comparison at all!

Hey now...
I do read the news articles, and occasionally reply to them.
Even though I love the lounge!
It seems important...
MAIL-IN REBATES INDEFINATELY* WAIVED!
*For twenty days
Nobody!
That's why upgrade fees are waived for online purchases.
At least, for Sprint.
Sprint Mail-in Rebate Waiver Correction...
In the homepage news article titled "Sprint Waiving Mail-In Rebates Indefinitely", it states that Sprint has not specified a timeframe for the end of this promotion. Within the company we've been given a very strict end date of 04/16 for this promotion. I'm not sure why they'd give us an end date and then tell you that it's a potentially indefinite offer, but hopefully this will alleviate some future headaches when customers realize this offer is valid for less ...
Hijacked?
They can post here freely, it's not like they are attacking other site users. Most of these forums are populated by employees over customers, but customers still ask questions and get them answered.
Also, if your cell company mistreats its employees, do you want to pay them? If there money is not going into their reps, you get worse customer service, and in turn a higher chance of expensive mistakes or fraud.
No, no they won't...
:-)...
EVERY carrier...
charges extra data fees for smartphones.
Only Sprint is truly unlimited with those fees.
Wait for the New Sales Plan!
It integrates every stat into your sales goal, even ones that weren't calculated into pay before (like NCP).
Don't get it backwards though, you don't get paid more for doing good; instead, all bonuses are pulled for being under goal in even a single stat.

Fixed.
Re: Changes & challenges
They've told us that "there is no information confirming or denying this rumor".
It could go either way; they said that with the iPhone and everyone thought we'd get it, but we didn't.
Re: What is a cloud?
While that would be super-cool, I'd still like the option of keeping my stuff on a local machine. Only because then I'm certain that if the data is erased, it's completely my fault and not because of some strange corporate conspiracy targetting my totally inconsequential stuff.
Okay, so the conspiracy thing was a joke, but you get the idea I'm sure.

Re: 10.00 Smart Phone Fee
There's no specific price plans that do not require the $10.00 Premium Data charge. Currently, all types of plans, including the Business and Employee plans, add this charge.
The exception is certain corporate accounts that have a contract with Sprint that specificly states they are exempt from this charge. All regular Business account types do require the charge.
Do you happen to know exactly what your account type and subtype is listed as in Sprint's systems? If you call and ask, ...
