I've yawned while reading the T&Cs. I know them by heart so I don't look at them when I say it. One time I yawned twice and the customer laughed and asked if I wanted to take an nap then continue. I laughed and said no I'll wait til later, reading these are as boring to me as they are to her. She laughed and said its cool if I wanted to nap cuz she would too! :lol:

If the customer is requesting to do a return or an exchange and they are within their 30 days, they need to go to Order Support. After an order is submitted, Telesales can no longer see that order.
Now say they are exchanging the phone they upgraded: They need to wait til we recieve the returned phone and the eligability is reset before we can send the new phone out. We can not send out the phone they want til ...

I went to answer a call and the customer burped. I couldn't stop giggling that he started getting upset. I don't think he realized that I was giggling because he burped :lol:

I've had about 3 calls today from care asking me to either change the order or cancel the order for a customer. :roll:
I'm going to say this once...
IF A CUSTOMER IS CALLING IN ABOUT AN ORDER THAT WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED, YOU GET THEM TO ORDER SUPPORT. Telesales does not cancel orders or change orders once they are submitted.
So please quit calling me!!!
Trust me
Care does the exact same thing to Telesales and it hurts our conversion taking 10 calls from care that we can't do anything for and only last a min.

Business Telesales has sim cards right now as long as they aren't for the Blackberry 8350i. We were out of stock for months but we have had them for a while now. Regular Telesales are not allowed to sell sim cards for some reason un beknownst to me.
