There's one thing I've learned...

about the cellular industry, and it's that it changes so darn fast that after I quit, all of my information will be irrelevant in three months.

Why is it that all of the know-it-all "I used to be an employee" customers never realized this themselves?

Honestly, I wouldn't mind sticking with the industry. Customers and everchanging policies from management, though...
