I think
that a lot of customers are ignorant of the fact that sales reps get paid on commision, and that they are wasting their time when they do not buy. They probably figure you are paid good to help them and answer their questions.
I just wanted all customers to know
that when you call us, and say stupid things, we put you on mute, and laugh at you. when you go on your rants about how much you hate us, and won't let us get a word in, we also put you mute, and rant about how much you suck.
that is all.

the main problem with your argument is that you failed to realize that my post was a rant, not an actual conversation that went on with a customer. you also failed to realize that every person who works in customer service already knows that they can be fired for treating customers like crap, which is why we smile, and continue to be respectful, even though it is not returned.

i miss the old method of call monitoring, because i would get 100%
now this new BS system says we have to be the customers' best friend and conversate with them and bring up aht, or else you get marked off.

if i worked in a store, i would write down the # to customer care, and say, " su hable en su telefono. Hablamos espanol en su telefo."

Why do customers leave one cell phone company and start service with another, then brag about how great their previous provider was to their current provider?
They say things like, "Well, when i was with Verizon, they did this this this and that for me, and now im with you guys, i've had nothing but issues...". things to that effect.
what is the point of them doing this? as if i am going to say, "Oh, I am so ...
