I am looking to figure out what company gets the highest discount off of their sprint service.
Right now, the highest i can find is pepsi with 25%

I agree with rtk2626. IPCS should just give up. They are running sprints name thru the mud with their poor(and incredibly slow) coverage, as well as hurting sprint's brand consistency. I can't wait until sprint finally buys them out and properly trains employees and then shuts down all of the piss poor buzz wireless stores, like they did to enhanced wireless. i also agree with rtk in saying that the stores(both iPCS and corporate) on the borders ...

Congratulations on your 10 add-a-lines!!
i do realize that it is now add-a-line leads along with upgrades. Unfortunately the people in our market are not so eager to add lines. It sucks. They usually just get annoyed that we are calling and trying to sell them something. I kind of don't blame them.

Sales force is not fun. If i wanted to be a telemarketer i would go work in a call center, not a retail store.
Slippery Slope: All the reps in my store hate sales force,resulting in low store moral, which leads to a drop in sales, which results in lower commission checks(not that they are correct anyway), further resulting results in even lower store moral.
I agree that sales force is a good idea to reduce churn and improve add-on ...

I also had the problem when my phone doesnt while it is in sleep mode.
To fix mine I just did a hard reset.
Take the battery out while the phone is on and then put it back in and turn the phone back on.
Let me know if it works.

There is a lot of new marketing geared toward the 7100i in the forbearance market stores. I doubt they are coming out with something to replace it if they are marketing it the way they are.
