I asked a customer to push and drag the top menu down for the droid...he said to me he couldn't because he was left handed...really I mean really! Then I told him let's try doing it with your left hand then AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH I swear people don't need data devices if they can't even learn how to use their hands!!!! :evil:

I soooooo second this, it is about time that the other rep or worker on the other line is professional and does not act like a customer....When you ask us a question please don't interrupt!!! As a tech agent I get interrupted enough I don't need it from a store rep too /;|

Well in technical support it is a little different we don't get marked down unless we really treated the customer like they should be treated lol little children. What I like to do to get away with it is treat the customer like they should be treated but in such a way they don't even realize you are belittling them :)

I am not in customer care so the first thing doesn't apply to me...
but the hold, I do have to confess if I sense anything in anyones voice that might make me feel that they are being rude I will place them on a penelty hold until they hang up.
Most of the time I do it to rude customers, not store reps
