i find it interesting that it has document viewer to read doc xls ptt and pdf formats.....also big red is gonna nail u on insurance since now it's considered advanced device so its 7 or 8 bucks a month with 90 or so deductible. sucks to pay that much for ins for a "dumb" phone

i'm pretty sure the will come up with something else and if you are nice to the rep he or she can always talk to her/his sup and try and get you a little bit more credit. yes it's not as sweet as before but it'll work. what would you rather lose a bit of a discount which in a long run if you bitch and moan and get verizon to credit you for late fees some ...

as far as i know if you start mobile web and get to the 1st page/home/landing page you are not charged unless you move from there. gin is different because you can't say i didn't know what i was doing since gin takes about 3 4 steps before you get to charges

get current phone info, call cs to swap esn's ins will stay on account since you are getting ready to file claim. make sure you file claim w/in 60 days.

verizon bills service charges one month in the advance and any overage for that month will show up on the following/next bill. even tho they bill one month in advance that bill is not due till 25 days into the "month in the advance" bill. i hope it make some sense it's kind of hard to explain just like anything with vz

ok help me out here...i go in get my storm on 2 yr contr pay with cash 3 days later i break it and no insurance. now i can't afford to buy one at full retail and i want to disco my service and pay etf why and how will vzw charge me for full retail price of that phone

as far as i know u don't have to return the phone that's why u r paying 175 for not returning your equpment w/in 30 days to get refund for etf and equpiment back....

associate rep=easy calls (min usage, balance, take payment, add/remove features)
senior rep=crap calls (billing problems, plan changes on multiple lines did i mention nasty billing problems, basic equipment troubleshooting, basic data troubleshooting, manual equipment programing etc)
cordinator= tier 2 troubleshooting for voice and data and taking some escalated calls if customer asks for supervisor also taking overflow calls from customer service
superviso=walking around most of the day looking busy getting ready for their monthly commission check for the sales that reps do ...

i'd day 50/50 chance a lot of it depends on your previous performance. it doesn't matter if you work in a call center with 4 or 5000 people you have a sup who is responsible for about dozen or so people and 2 week notice is a must on any job.
i know vzw is hurting for good reps so if you are one of them your chances just went up

it's given that price must go down..like u've said abt 6 months into it prices start going down. look at the env kept going down then env2 came out and now env ranges from 80 bucks to free depends on your phup option. i think voyager 2 will arrive early next year but i could be wrong.

i'll agree w/ lilgabe1 on my voygr call qual seems to be a notch down vs my env also for $300+ phone i think build quality should be a bit better, sometimes it just fells cheap/hollow

what was the time frame for each replacement, have you tought about multi-warranty replacement where they give you different new unit free of charge but it'll mess up your upgrade for 2 years

as far as i know u can't use corporate pricing on early upgrade but i might be wrong

we all know not a whole lot of people care about it but vzw should get palm centro by the end of the 2nd week in june.....pricing should be anywhere from free to 200 so pick your poison.

u have to thru their automated system agree to terms and cond of the phone upgrade a.k.a extend your contract because if u do not it'll charge you for full retail price of the phone since u didn't extnd contr.
after that it's all up to you what u do w/ the phone

been using backup assist for a while now recently went thru the V, enV, now voyager all of my #s including 3 for free 411 carried over for each phone, used 800 free 411 yesterday and google today calls went thru w/ out any problems.....i doubt big red V is doing anything

use an old phone to start contract w/ your # when your time is up then when env2 comes out you'll be able to get it and 1 or 2 year contract price since you've started the original contract/service w/ your own equipment

i'm in major city coverage is more than excellent 4 bars ev 4 1x plus had buddy of mine that works for the big red look up the coverage and cell sites are a-plenty all around so it's not starving for signal/coverage aprox 4 cell sites in less than 1 mile from where i use the cell
