Upset
So i read on here this phone will be available in the store on June 5. So i go to the store today and they say it wont b for another weak at the earliest. I was rather upset, and very disappointed. Did any1 else get it from a store?

I know people are saying you can put an mp3 in an attachment of an email and send it as a pix msg then save to phone as a ringtone. i have tried multiple times, however, everytime i am getting error, sound save, basically saying their is nothing to save as a ringtone.. is there a setting i have to change on this phone for it to work? Please advise ...

DECISION TIME
I have an LG vx8100 right now. I've had it for about 6 months, not too satisfied with the 8100 and its time to upgrade. Im presented with a decision: Razr V3m vs. VX8300 🤤 . I've read a bizzillion reviews on the 8300 and it appears its a great phone but Im not too fond of my 8100 and so Im leaning toward the V3m. Any suggestions or any other phones I should be considering that are comparable to these two?? Definately looking to get a phone by weeks end, any help would be greatly appreciated.

you all got me 🤤 for this one. Been waiting 8 months since I was upgrade eligible. Tried 8100 $ e815 "HATED" E815, but this one sounds like the real deal. I've been reading reviews all these months and none of the other phones before ever got the initial praise this one's getting. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Boy, I'm giddy!! Anyway this is my CST post ever but, you haven't heard the last of me.

8300 Charging port
Hello,
I bought an awesome desktop charger off of ebay for the 8100. The one that has a small LCD display that shows the charge...Will I be able to use it with the 8300? I went to the store and looked at an actual 8300 and the charging port seemed to be the same.

Has anyone gotten #777 to work. From posts elsewhere it appears that EVDO stops that from working.

sending pictures msgs with the new 8300
Got a new 8300 today, and im trying to recive picture msgs with sounds and i cant get them, if i try to forward them to another user and i can hear the sounds then ........i dont know if it is something im not doing right, i could do it with my 8100, i turned on my mp3s with the secret code lol and everything....HELP lol please if anyone knows what im doing wrong i wuold sure appreciate the help!!!

OK, for those of you that are blue tooth savvy I have a few questions please.
I want blue tooth for cordless conversation. Not for music or ring tones. What should I be looking for when I purchase the 8300?
Some models mentioned were Moto H700, Jabra 350, Plantronics 645.

UI and in-store availability
For those who have the phone...is the UI sluggish as it was in the videos here on phonescoop? I also remember reading that this phone will be avaiable in stores tomorrow June 5th...Can anyone confirm this...I live in the Los Angeles area and the phone still has not shown up on the verizon website...
