Yes but for CT, NY its not up.........weird i guess some locations got the bad bunch...its they have problems working these locations.

IT IS OFF THE SITE.....PLEASE REMEMBER if it was just a software ware problem that can just be upgraded they would not of pulled them off the shelves like ait was a pack a fruit with a mg of sianide.

I just talked to customer service and they confirmed the phone has been recalled but to a software problem. I was also unclear if and when it would be re-introduced. Since I actually like and want to keep the phone, I was advised to talk to my local store manager to determine how this could be handled. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but its still a great phone IMHO.

First off, must be the software issue has been fixed because the phone is back on the Verizon website. I bought my best friend our area's first VX6000 the first day it came out back in the beginning of July. Overall we are both very impressed by the phone. I just don't want to get the same phone as him. I too am awaiting the introduction of the VX7000 and the V810. However, due to impatience, I'm going to Verizon tomorrow and see if I like the 8900.I have a V60i now and had a V60c before that. I hate them both. 👿 I'm desperately awaiting SOMETHING decent from Verizon, I can't stand that V60 for much longer (and their introductions flip phone wise has been scarce at best).
