Is it possible?

Is it possible to sign up with verizon 2 year deal and get this phone for $100 after rebate and then resign up for a one year agreement after a month and get the rebate of this phone?

No it's not. A 2 year contract is a 2 year contract. It's not something you can go back on after 1 month.

If you sign a two year agreement and get the activated price on the phone, you only have 15 days to cancel your contract. If you cancel the contract you have to return the phone to the store. If you cancel without returning the phone, they charge your credit card 200 dollars so you end up buying the phone flat out. Or, if they don't have a credit card number for you, they mark your credit history and it'll be impossible for you to ever get a phone in the future without the max deposit. If you decide to change from a two year contract down to a one year, you basically have to return the phone to the store within fifteen days then rebuy it at the one year price, which is usually about $30 more, plus an activation fee if you are a new customer....

I agree. If you MUST HAVE the newest phone every year, pay a little more for the phone, & pay an activation fee, & then you get to upgrade every 10 months.
