Audiovox CDM-8900
Verizion When?
I've been given the runaround by Verizon on this one. Someone in their Customer Loyalty department told me the phone would be out by Thanksgiving, but when I called one of the stores, the woman assured me she'd not heard of the phone, and that it wasn't coming out till at least 2004. I'm not sure what to think, but the speakerphone feature is enough to make me want it over the LG VX6000.

I just like it b/c of the phone is tri-mode. ANd also that it is camera phone.

Will there be a way that I can sync my contacts from outlook to this phone? Or anyother information? Also how much will it cost?

most likely not - my sources say. Do to the fact that that the Audiovox phone is not a PDA...but then again - anyone else? 🙄

O my bad - yes all of Verizon's phones are capable of connecting a mobile office kit - in that event you can use it for internet access - the price of the kit is comparable to the ones found on Audiovox's web site. It will be a while before Verizon approves the mobile office kit for that phone - it has a series of testing to go through. Hope this helps
