ok can some1 clarify 2 me on y the fusic or even how the fusic has full gps on it & according to the specs on phonescoop, n several other sites its only A-GPS enabled n so is the centro according 2 phonescoop as well as other sites,, but it doesn't support telenav w/o the gps doddle sold by telenav. to my understanding its A-GPS is like a relative gps but not true gps. it uses the E911 type of gps to find your location. I've carried a Fusic 4 a lil over a yr then switched @ the centro on to learn that i lost my gps n the process 😢 ... don't get me wrong i love my centro!! but i jus kinda feel lied to by the advertising team the claim the it was goin to b gps enabled... it only supports google maps n they've launched a version the uses yo...

I would like to be able to use this browser on my Centro but it constantly crashes. I have to soft reset every time I use it. Any suggestions.

What is the treo {referring mostly to the 700w, wx, and 750}? Smartphone or PDA? Reps tell me one thing, while some tell me another. What's up?! 🤨

I'm looking for an app that will allow me the option to "Save file as" when downloading.

Normally if I click a link in Palm's Blazer it gives me the three standard options:

Play
Save to Device
Save to Card

the problem is that some sites that I use have a generic filename for all their generated content (say the filename they use is named "random") It doesn't save the file with a file extension, and it always wants to save the file name as the same name.

What I have to do if I want to download multiple files from the site I have to download one file, Exit to my FileZ app, rename to a different name (and add an extension to be properly associated with my TCPMP or whatever app) Then, reload my Blazer app and download the next ...

Have any of you tried to run wi-fi on the treo 700wx using an SDIO wireless card? My carrier is Sprint and I want an integrated wi-fi smartphone. My options are quite limited. I was looking at the Moto Q9c, turns out it is wi-fi "capable". Apparently with an sdio wi-fi card. In reading the reviews the Treo is looking better than the MotoQ9c. And I see that the description on the Treo shows the SDIO enables wi-fi.This will be my first smart phone and I believe I want it wi-fi ready. I need a new pda and mp3 player anyway. So, it seems economical to use my upgrades with Sprint towards a smart phone instead of purhasing a new pda and mp3 player. i know they are different operating systems but a friend of mine wants to buy the treo but needs to be able to use mobile windows...does it have something compatible or is it able to use windows mobile progams?

Does anybody know how to do a hard reset on it?

I am considering a change to the Treo 755p, & would like to know if 755p is compatible w/the Hebrew Support/Localization program from penreader.com.

The PiLoc localization program has diff implementations for diff devices i.e. my old Tungsten T3 had full read/write support; the TX can only read hebrew texts, but you cannot write in Hebrew. Each version i.e. TX has a 'lite' version; so if you do know, please be sure to include the version number, or filename.

Does anyone have any idea how to get your Biz Connect server to work on the 755p??

Is their a PDA phone that Verizon or the other carrier will activate without email. I only want the phone and the PDA. I do not want to pay for email service which carriers require.

I can't believe there is not a product that does not require email.

My customer has a treo 680, I cannot get it to sync pics to computer, is there a certain setting i need to go into, please help me....it is syncing everything else to the palm desktop....

i work with an indirect agent of verizon wireless. we dont sell a lot of pdas, nor do we really have any in stock, yet i still have questions to answer and "dummy phones" to show. im sorry to say that i really dont know much of anything about the data side to the phones. heck i dont even know what a "platform" is! i know features and what they can do, but i dont even know what im talking about! can someone please explain to me (like in simple terms) about the softwear they hold, about tethering and syncing (how to do it, what i need), and other things like that (cant think of all the questions right now. i know about the Q the most (since my bf has one) but i know next to nothing about the treo and the blackberries. im read the specs and to...

Does anyone know/heard any ruomrs as to when Verizon might get the Palm 755? I would love to pick up this Smartphone, but after years with Verizon I may have to jump ship to another carrier.

I had a treo 650, which I enjoyed for the most part, a few freezes here and there but nothing bad.

I got a new Volvo, and their bluetooth handsfree system. Well ever since i connected my treo to that thing my phone went haywire. Freezes constantly, turns itself off and on. I turned it in, got a new one, same thing.

So I gave up, got a blackberry.

Well I hate it. It's too complicated to use, the "wheel of death" on the side is horrible not to mention something as simple as a text message requires 15 clicks to send.

So I need to switch phones again. My only options with my carrier are Blackberry, Treo Windows version, or a Moto Q. I refused the treo because i read volvo and treo have problems being compatible. But does anyone know...

I have a question. I just got my treo 750. Why is my internet is constantly connected? I have the 39.99 PDA plan...

I keep disconnecting it on the top of the screen, then the "G" is shown..after a few seconds, it connects again...Is this suppose to happen?

we carry the treo 700p and the 700wx and I don't know a whole lot about the wifi capabilities of these phones. any info or a site where I can go to find out this stuff would be a great help..
