windows?

i know they are different operating systems but a friend of mine wants to buy the treo but needs to be able to use mobile windows...does it have something compatible or is it able to use windows mobile progams?

Then he needs a Treo w/ Windows software:

Alltel, Sprint and Verizon have the Treo 700wx

At&t has the Treo 750.
