I guess being in WDG que will do that to you...I've really learned a lot since moving into that....Talk about a challenge, try explaining to a customer that knows nothing about data what blackberry plan will be best for them and why; when presented with a "yes I have a home office with 3 employees and I want to buy them blackberries. I need __minutes, e-mail, and internet service but I want it all managed in one place but have seperate e-mails" Or trying to explain to someone the difference between WAP and HTML (sometimes java) when all they know up until the point the ask you is that their phone has an internet browser and they can't go to the sites they want to....Practice give you a whole lot of options on how you can relate to the customer and explain it in their words :)
