True, but two things to note:
1) The 6600 Suite is just as flaky as other versions of the Nokia's PC Suite. It does not install and work easily, the installation manual is wrong and activating synchronization is cumbersome.
2) There is NO support in the 6600 Suite for SMS messaging and apparently no support planned. This means you cannot send or receive SMS messages to/from your computer.

Or you can use Microsoft's Internet Information Service (IIS) which is built into the NT versions of Windows (NT/2000/XP/2003). Just goto Add/Remove Programs->Add/Remove Windows Components->Select IIS and click on Details. Verify that World Wide Web Service is checked. Then install this compent.
You should now have a C:\Inetpub\wwwroot
Just put your webpages in there and you'll be good to go.
