Blue Reps not getting PAID!

Hey Y'all..I'm a blue rep in a company owned store in New York, and it's now a NATIONWIDE problem!! Blue reps are not getting paid correctly OR on time!! I've heard rumors of law suits already going on in some states, reps writing to their respective boards of labor, and some people going to the press!! One rep I've spoken to is no longer having his medical insurance paid by the company. Are any orange people having problems with "the new cingular??" Blue reps..any feedback?? The company is telling us they're "working on it" but have no date for resolution. 😕

No problems with getting paid here at my call center. (knocking on wood)

Just wish the pay checks were higher. 😛

The problem has mainly been with commission checks..out of curiosity..the folks at the call center don't get commission, do they?? Thanks!!

Blue call center reps dont get commission, we live and eat off Edge points.

However, my retention bonus was taxed out the ass!

or is this something completely different?

On another note while I was looking for that, I found a potential class-action lawsuit against cingular, too! This is the first I've heard of this one, does anyone know more about this? Most of the information still say's pending, so I'm assuming the lawfirm is still trying to get enough plantiffs to make it "class action"

I work on the orange side... I know that we are told to keep a "tick sheet" of what we do that way we can submit a reconcilliation if things are wrong... IF you want I can send it to you. (Meaning anyone who may want it.)

It's actually nothing to do with the back wages, but I'm learning so much from all this feedback!! Thanks for that info.

The current problem we're having is, as reps in retail locations, we haven't been recieving our commission checks either fully or on time. Guys who normally open up checks that can support families are opening up a $65 commission check. The issue dates back to November (month of the merge) and is ongoing.

oh my gosh-that's NOT good!

(What the lawsuit thing was saying was cingular has spent multi-million dollars advertising no roaming where ever you are, and people claiming they have been charged roaming charges domestically)
It doesn't really specify much more.

I can second that...our contract extensions are not rolling up properly...activation commission has been all jacked up too. VERY agrivating to wonder if the check you get will pay the bills or not...or if it's even right!!!

any NY reps in here, this is gettin outta hand, not gettin paid correctly, I smell media intervesion and law suits coming oranges way. :

Here in Texas the blue reps in legacy blue stores were shorted on our commisions as well. Mostly migration commisions though. We recieved most of it back on Jan 7 but some are still missing.

They also aren't paying the correct commision amount on these migrations. We were told $5 per but some have paid out at $3. When we asked why we were told they were still under contract to AT&TWS so they pay less. As a commisioned salesman that's not worth my time.

We were TOLD we were getting the rest of our commission on the 7th of Jan as well, but didn't get one more penny of it. I guess the company also didn't think it was important to TELL us we weren't getting it that day either..Just one big "surprise!" after another!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to us!!

For the most part there is a billing issue where people on nation plans but with a simple call to c/s they get a credit back. 😁
