Most of the time that's not a necessary step, he shouldn't have placed three orders, he should have followed instructions. We generally get people calling because they're mad that it's not go through.
He shouldn't have replaced the order, he was instructed what to do if he wanted the order, he was just button mashing and hoping that by continuing to do something that hadn't worked yet he'd get his way eventually.
The instructions are not confusing. They say that your order cannot be completed online, please call 800-xxx-xxxx to allow us to help you complete the order.
There is no place in there that even indicates that if you just keep replacing the order it's going to go through eventually. So you're basically saying that you too are unable to follow simple instructions and lack reasoning skills? Replacing the order instead of READING AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS is a Bad Plan.
