Thanks for the reply, I called Tmobile and they know about this problem. There are some worse cases so I guess I'm one of the "lucky" ones, at least my battery charges.

T-Mobile may be a small carrier in the states (22+ million customers) but they are the 3rd largest carrier in the world. They have pretty deep pockets my friend. And most phones are launched for GSM months or even years before a CDMA counterpart is created. CDMA market is much smaller world-wide, so costs are higher

1.) No, tmobile=GSM, VZW=CDMA.
2.)Its like a dollerday for prepaid for unlimted date (Text, IM, Internest, Email)
3.) No it will not play music through myspace.
4.) Yes you can upload images to Photobucket and such
5.) No, it cant veiw videos from websites.

Please give me some help on this one.
I recently paid 350 for a Samsung T809. Wasn't satisfied with it because it felt cheap and the buttons were so sticky and fragile. So the next day I took it back for the T509. Wasn't satisfied with that AT ALL, felt that if it were to be dropped I wouldn't have much of a phone any more. The next day I again took the T509 back for the T809 again because this one's buttons weren't fragile and sticky. A few days after having it it wouldn't send picture messages and T-Mobile didn't help me with that one except for telling me to return it. After having it for a few days I notice finger prints just accumulated on it terribly. A lot of other things bothered me about the phone. So here I am, returning the T809 again for another new phone. I want to KEEP this one. So I want YOU to tell me what phone to get. I am wanting ANYONE'S OPINIONS or suggestions. I just want a phone with the retail price $279.99 and under, A.K.A. no T809 PEBL(Even though it is a nice phone had a bad experience with it.,)Sidekick 3, SDA, MDA, Blackberries, 8801, and etc.
