I have to ask when you mean its not loud that you can't hear it all or not loud enough so other people can hear your ring tones. I've never been a fan of loud ringers so I usually keep my ringer on my phones at low or on vibrate.

Yes you can hear it if you are not in a noisy situation. I work in a restaraunt/bar and I keep the phone in my apron, I can never hear it ring, only vibrate sometimes, but if you are at home and it is on the counter it is loud enough for you to hear. You should have no problem if you are used to keeping your phones on the low setting. I don't think it will ever be as loud as the SK2. Hope this helps.

Hi again, just to let you know I was on the phone for an hour with T Mobile today to get the ringer to be louder they finally told me that they are having issues with the ringer not being loud enough. They are going to fix it in the future. So in the meantime I am returning mine and waiting to see what they come up with. Thats all! :D

Want to throw in my 4 cents as I can't afford a nickel since I spent so much for the skIII. Compared to my skII the III was a real let down
and will be in the mail back to Tmo today. The skII is the only reason I have stayed with Tmo. How long before I find another phone I want and leave Tmo?

I have the same problem and I hate it!!! and it's because is missing that extra speaker. It sucks but oh well!
