So i know of this website that is 100% free!. I personall make all of my MP3 ringtones with WavePad MP3 Editor. ITs completely free! Anyone intersted?

I have the Motorola V710, and I bought a TransFlash card. It's formatted, but I can't get things such as mp3's/photos (what extension should the photos be?) to show up on my phone once I've transferred them. I am using the same media reader that I use for my camera card, and there is nothing wrong there. Am I not putting them in the right place? Help please.

I know everyone has been talking about creating your own ringtones and all types of various things but the easiest by far that I have used is Planetringtone.com. I paid $11? for a year and gotten unlimited downloads. And the songs that they don't have you can create your own from CD or from file. You can download a ringtone ripper and send 20 second clips to your phone and store them in your library. What I have actually done is created ringtones for friends, family, and co-workers and charged $1 for each one. So far I have made around $400. Great for me!!! I know alot of you are going to say why pay anything at all. Well I did because of it incredible ease of use. Just wanted to let you know.

Is it possible to turn off the start-up tone. If so, how? Is that info in the manuel?

I've been workin out here at Sprint for around 3 weeks now... There's been some talk about being able to call from another phone to your cell and remotely lock the phone from being used.... IS THIS SO? and if it is... PLEASE OH PLEASE... tell me how... The fella who was talking about it said something about GPS having some role to play in all of this... I'm dying to find out...

Does anyone know where to get good mp3 ring tones for this phone? free or a decent price. I have a usb data cable for the phone, does mobile phone tools ver. 2.0 work with this phone?

I'm using audacity to create the ringtones (the program is great) I just need to know what's the standard length of a ringtone? I know anything I transfer to my phone is going to eat up space I just don’t want the ringtone to be too short.

The only thing i dont like about my V3 is that if you are in a crowded place (ie, bar) you can barely here another person talking to you on the phone. I have the volume turned all the way up and it still doesnt sound to good. Is there a way to manually over-ride the factory settings??

Previously you could point your wap browser to myphonefiles and the site would automatically direct you to a wap compatible page. Now you get the pc version. Does anyone know what is going on? ☹️

😢 OK does anyone have this phone, and if so can anyone tell me how to send files from my pc via bluetooth to my phone. I'm having alot of trouble with this silly phone. 😡 Any help with this topic will be greatly appreciated. I have the new lg pm 325 and I was looking at making my own ring tones. I know that with verizon you just clip, switch to midi and send via e-mail but this seems not to work for me. I dunno what to do, any help will be greatly appreciated. 😁

Here’s the deal: I’m new to all this ring tone stuff (less than 24 hours). I downloaded the wav file of the phone ringing sound from the TV show “24.” The wav file is a ring ending with 1.5 seconds of silence.

Not knowing just what to do I figured I should just loop the file, so I did. Using Wavepad, I looped it several times, creating a 28 second wav file. Converted the new file into an MP3 file. I then changed the extension of the file to mid from mp3. Emailed it to my phone and was able to play it on my phone and use it as a ring tone.

PROBLEM is that the ring tone won’t stop playing. If you go into the settings and attempt to change the ring tone from one ring tone to the new “24” ring tone, it will play the entire 28 seconds e...

Just purchased an LG PM-325 and having problems finding free ringtones and such...being with Sprint and all. Heard that I can get a USB cable and Audacity to make my own tones. Questions is.....where do I get this cable and how does it work? Will I still need to be "online" to transfer data to my phone with this cable or not ? Please help, drivin' myself crazy on this one. Thanks 🙄
