Kyocera Slider- SE44, can you or can you not change the faceplates to non Kyocera manufactured ones? And if you do, do you void the manufacturer's warranty? According to our policy it does. Another question about the Kyocera KE414 Phantom, similar to Blade, Rave, etc. . . I know you can take the phone apart and put new covers- not faceplates, the whole damn cover- on, but wouldn't that totally void the manufacturer's warranty? 🙄 Anyways I am still bored out of my mind, which would be why I have so many questions.

I just got a new Samsung a670 phone. I want to have the phone set so calls first vibrate and then ring. I have that set up. But I want to have notification of a new voicemail message either turned off or set to vibrate. Is there a way to do this (and have the vibrate/ring setting on incoming calls)? When I cannot answer the phone because of being in a meeting etc., I feel it vibrate and send it to voicemail before it rings. However, when the voicemail is received, the phone rings. I cannot find a separate setting on the phone to control the voicemail notification. I either want to turn it off or set it to a single (quiet) beep.

I bought and received a USB data cable, I was surprised and overjoyed at getting it so fast, that is until I opened it
only to find the didn't include the Cd with the driver.

In effect all I got was a wire.

I did write them and asked them to send the CD and maybe they will, but I won't know until Monday as they are closed
Saturday and Sunday. 😢

I bought it because they were only asking 25.00 including shipping and AT&T want almost 50.00 before tax and shipping, bottom line, be careful buying online 😳

I have a Samsung x427 phone with Cingular that I am getting ready to give to my daughter, who isa huge Aerosmith fan. I have been trying to find both a "Walk This way" ringtone and an Aerosmith wallpaper. The wallpaper isn't that big a deal sionce I can do that through Cingular's website, but I am having a hard time finding the ringtone and how to apply it when I do find it.

I just noticed published on this site that the samsung a650 is supposed to have picture ID. Is that true and how do you assign pictures to callers?

I just got a new motorola v220 from cingular last week, and I went online and DLed a ton of midi files, but I don't know how to load them onto my phone. It has a usb slot and I tried using my little usb cable from my digital camera, but it seems that I need software. Anyone know where I can get this (maybe dling it online? 😁 ) thanx!!

😁 I just got one for my 16th birthday and its driving me insane i wanted some cute faceplates because i like my stuff to look different. 😛

I know that on a v600 they slide out easily, but how do you take off the face plate off of a v400? I saw some covers on eBay for the v400, but have no clue how to take them off.

i just bought the motorola v220 the other day, and i was wondering if theres a way to change the external display - when the phone is open it says "rogers"...and on the inner display it also says "rogers"...i would like to change both of those... the only thing i could find to change was a welcome note. i have no idea if i can, or how to change these...please help!!

Being both a Nokia and Motorola fan and having come into contact cell phones from all other companies, Motorola seems to be the only company that puts there Confirm and Send buttons on the right side.

I can use either kinds of phones but that's the hardest transition for me.
