Just got a new "Blade" and I'm loving it. I bought a hard case off ebay and it sucked...downloaded an LV screensaver which is cool...and that's about it.

How have you tricked out your blade?

I am trying to find someone who has this phone and can tell me if you can save a voice memo and send it to yourself and save it as a ringtone. Can anyone help me out with this.

Ok I'm still debating whether or not to keep this phone... I'd like to be able to assign ringtones because every single one that's offered on this device makes my ears bleed. PLEASE tell me if there's a way to assign the songs I've dropped onto the device as a ringtone.... please...

Does anybody know of any website where u can save a 30 second clip, then email it to you're phone to set as ringtone? I used to be able to this at walmart.com....but not anymore 😢

I keep getting absolutelys for this question from several cell phone reps. Can someone give me an honest answer?

Is there a phone which will use actual mp3s which I get off of my computer (I would just use small clips, actually) as ringtones. I don't want one that uses mp3s that have been converted to midis or polyphonic ringtones. I want it to sound like at least radio quality, get my drift?

I would even be willing to buy a cable, or transfer them by memory card, whatever, I just don't want to have to download them from somewhere else and pay for them, I have thousands of songs I actually like on my computer.

I have a cable for my razr to hookup to the computer, but I don't have any software to run it.
If anyone has Mobile Phone Tools for Motorola or another program that would work can you please tell me where I can get it or if you can send it to me.

Is there a way to do this? Looking at pics of the LG CU500 and its giant "cingular" decal has got me wondering.

Howdy, first time poster here.

I was directed to ask here if I have questions about cellular phones.

So, here's my question:
I've heard of phones where you can hook them up to your computer and sync them with software on your PC. There's a little 'cradle' bit and you set the phone down on it and your computer and phone talk to one another. I'm looking to do things like use my friend's band's songs for ringtones, and also to make my own wallpaper for my phone. Which cell phones will work for this sort of thing?

I can find very little online about using Bitpim to turn MP3s into ringtones for a RAZR V3C (US Cellular). I have an LG VX7000 (Verizon) and Bitpim is works phenomenal for me. However a friend of mine got a data cable for his RAZR V3C (US Cellular) and I can make everyinng except the ringtone thing work. I'm pretty sure that it will not work with BitPim. Please correct me if I'm wrong or if you know of another programs which will work to add ringtones to a US Cellular RAZR. THANKS!!!!

Hi, I need some help with setting .mp3 music files as ring tones. Everytime I try to set the songs as tones, it either says that it cannot be set as a tone, or that it is "disallowed by activation key."

I clicked on the "activation keys" button, but it says that there are none. What should I do?

i have cingular in the los angeles area, i am a migrated former AT&T customer who still has my ATT plan, but am no longer under contract.

For the past couple of years I've had a motorola V505 and V551. Those phones came standard with about 90 ringtones. my daughter got the same phone but different model number with T Mobile and only had a few ringtones that came with it.

A couple of weeks agao my V551 died and the insurance replaced it with a razr V3. The new phone only has about 20 ringtones.

Is there any way to transfer all those other ringtones from the V551 to the new phone, or just the ones i grew fond of (about 4 or 5 at most) even though these are not ringtones i downloaded but came with the phone's software or firmware...

My roommate and I purchased the LG CE500 phone recently. I have enjoyed this phone more than any previous Cell phone.
Q😁oes anyone know how to remove text characters from the external display? The wallpapers would look better without the CARRIER information.
