You mindless, lying, obnoxious little twit. You just told me that you mom isn't there, you also just told me that the account is your mothers. I DON'T GIVE A CRAP IF YOU PLACED THE ORDER... the reps who placed the order were wrong! I will not, and can not release ANY information about this order to you. Get pissed off that's fine, I don't care. I didn't make the stupid rule, and yes, it's stupid, but it's the rule and I personally don't like you well enough (at all) to risk going to jail for committing fraud.

So he got a flier in the mail saying he could get a free "tooth" which I assume meant Bluetooth Headset. He called us to ask about it.

But we don't send out fliers for accessories (never have) at least not by them selves, they're always through sales offering a free headset with a line of service activation or upgrade or some such non-sense.

Now he wants me to explain the flier to him. What? How? I don't have it in front of me, we're talking over the phone. Maybe you should actually read the dang thing before calling us, then you would realize (as you just read to me) that this offer is in the store on Main and with the activation of a new phone on a two year agreement.

And no, I won't (and can't anyways) 'make you a deal' on a ...

ive had a customer on the line for about an hour whos needs to find out what store a SIM card was ordered from, someone used her acct and she never ordered a SIM card, and i have the tracking number that starts with DM13-0-....and when i look in he rnotes it shows the dealer code but no store and i have been trasffered like 5 times already..

So I just got this again and it makes me batty.

Niki: "And the name on the account?"

Caller: "Mary Ritva"

Niki: "And is Mary available? I will need to speak with her since the account is in her name."

Caller: "No but I'm her husband." . . .

Do you want a medal?

Niki: "I'm sorry, legally I need to speak to Mary to put any charges on her account."

Caller: "But I'm her husband." . . .

Right, we've been over that, I get that you say you're married to the account holder (Or engaged, or she's you girlfriend/sister/cousin/mother I don't care if she's both you sister, cousin, and mother at once, if she's not there, I get fired.)

I do not understand why people think that telling me they are married to the account holder...

ohmigod! This lady just came in to my store wanting to exchange a car charger she bought from another location which was not one of our store (we are a authorized dealer). I told her we could not exchange it at this location and told her of a near by locations she could exchange it at. She insisted that I could do it and I needed to call customer care. Customer care told her the samething I did and she got really upset and threw our phone at me!! She said Verizon will be happy to takecare of her and she will port her numbers over. What a crazy day... good luck verizon 😛

The comment about making a movie got me thinking... We have a show "Scrubs" and my brother thinks he should make one called "Gis" for Karate, where our instructor wanders in at random and just hits people and then walks out... we could make one about mobile phone sales but what would we call it?

I don't understand why Customer service with this/ your company is so not uniform. I read in the verizon post about a person who buys a Treo 650 off of Craigs list and it dies after 1 month of ownership. So this poor person posts that they are going to call Verizon and Assurion and see what can be done.

Verizon/ Assurion are getting him a new 650???????? 😳 How and the heck can a person get there phone replaced on a third party used phone purchase.

You can't get insurance on a phone that was not purchased 1.)new 2.) or Purchased from a non store/Verizon store.

CAN YOU THE REPS EXPLAIN HOW THIS CAN BE DONE.

Ok.. Drives me nuts. When a customer comes into the store to pay a bill, or have me look up their account and I ask them for their phone number and they reply "Well I don't know, I never call myself." And then some sort of cheesy laugh comes out of their mouth like they think they are funny. Under the circumstance where it is a new number... I will let it slide and show them how to find it on their phone, but some of the people have had their phones for years!!!

She's looking to get a new phone later this week. She's not due for an upgrade, but thats ok, she'll just pay the full retail.

I think mine might be when a customer comes in asking about an upgrade or new line, but at the end tells you they are going to go home and buy it online because its cheaper. God I hate people. 👿

whenever i go to lunch i would tell my dumb coworkers "i have a customer coming in to get some phone and i forget if they were acts or ups but if anyone comes in let me know." and they would actually call me if anyone came in but yesterday my boss goes and tells them whats going on. they remind me of the guys from the alltel commercials.

HELP!! I am needing to find what model number a phone is. I'm trying to do a phone book transfer for a customer, and none of the numbers on the back tag of the phone are helping us out.

It is a Motorola, big honkin' black bar style phone, no color screen, pull up antenna, says the model number is H2SUAH6RR5AN. If it helps any of you reps out there identify this the IMEI is 000102292827120

Any reps who have been out there for a while, I and everyone else with the exception of the manager, are pretty new to this. I would like to know what everyone considers slamming features. I will reply with what we were told to do later after I have some replies. Any help you guys could give me to help me not jeopardize my job would be great.
