Premium Plan Question for VZW Reps

We have been told different things as far as Premium Plans are concerned. We have been told that if a cutomer wants to be on a Premium Family Plan that every phone on the account must be on the Premium Plan as well. Now, we have also been told and in the pricing book as well as eroes shows that a customer may have a secondary line on a Select Plan while the main line and other secondary lines are on Premium Plans. What is the answer to this? Can customers have a mixture of Select and Premium Lines on a Family Share or must they all be on Premium Lines if the Primary Line is?

I just laughed at a customer...

They told me they could get a v3xx with a bluetooth, car charger, home charger, case, and USB cable for free, and not after mail-in rebate at a store.

Does anyone finds that hard to believe?

2. In 2008 it will be discovered that Sprint Nextel Corp. has been run by contestants in a reality game show called "The Wireless Joke.” Jessica Simpson is the host. AT&T and Verizon are the main sponsors of this "ground breaking" television. (Name withheld by request)

But?!?!? Im a valued customer!

So I just had a store rep call me for a customer complaining that she had a late fee on the bill and wanted it credited. Hmm ok well the late fee was because the payment wasn't made on time.
Customer informed me that she changed her credit card and didn't call to let us know so we could change the auto pay setup. I explained to the customer in nicer terms of course, that sprint reps are not psychic, so we don't know when you change your credit card number. Therefore it is your fault your payment wasn't made on time, and no we will not credit back the late fee.
She then started complaining saying that if thats how rude I was going to be to a long time customer (2 years) 🤣 😳 then she'd just take her service to t-mobile. Um thats fi...

Tax?! What's that?

Custie just came in and got mad at me and started swearing at me because she had to pay tax to get her number changed. Why do people think they are so special that they don't have to pay taxes?

AMAZON MAN

Here walks the amazon man through my door...

He wants me to make his bill cheaper...imagine that...

He is on a 2000 minute plan and talks maybe 100 minutes a month...

Through the stone ages and present years he has accumulated more than 18,000 roll over minutes....

He wants to switch to the 450 plan...

Me-ok sir, i can get that switched for you..i must first advise you that once i switch you you are only allowed to keep 450 of youre rollover minutes, but since youre only using around 100 it shouldnt hurt you any 😁

ok...so the bearded man (his wife) starts getting all pissy with me and asking why? then tells me everything is just a scam...and ever since AT&T took over...blah blah blah....

then the amazon man asks me if...

48 minutes...

...to program this woman's Centro

1 minute to greet and pull the account up and determine the nature of the call - new phone, ESN swap done, needed manual programming.

22 minutes going over how to get the ##MSL# MDN and MSID entered.... she simply could not comprehend how to enter the numbers on the keypad, despite describing the key by color, number, letter, location on the keypad, etc..

18 minutes on using the directional pad to move down fields... she didn't understand that the raised edge of the directional IS a directional - and that pushing the 'palm' center is not the same as pushing the raised edge directional

6 minutes going over dialing her phone and dialing *4 to confirm it was working... she would not hit *4 and the G...

I hate this time of the year.

There are so many reasons to hate this time of year. People just become jerks, whiney crybaby jerks.

I get to hear "You people are ruining my Christmas!" at least 3 times a day. Today one woman was screaming "You're screwing up my F***ing Christmas!" And all I could do was shake my head in disbelief. I was appalled. How can these people care about nothing but a stupid phone this time of year... why don't you spend some time being grateful that you have family and friends to consider buying gifts for... to be grateful that you have the money to afford this kind of thing, that you live indoors and have a job that supports you, you little brats.

Then there are the ones that make me even more annoyed.

"Well it's a gift for my husba...

some people.

I have noticed that some people just avoid the lounge.

The Shop Talk crowd it totally different.

I was wondering, does your place of business forbid lounge talk?

Or are you shop talk folks just down to business???

This phone is for a boy!

So this woman, just blows my mind.

She ordered a prepay phone, it's the V195. The V195 has two options, the V195 and the V195s... the only difference is software and the s is a blue phone, the V195 is silver/grey.

The V195s is actually an UPGRADE of the v195 because it has the more advanced software.
She was furious that because the V195 was out of stock they automatically upgraded her to the s version of the phone. She was livid because of the color difference and wanted the phone for her daughter for a present.

She hasn't even shown her daughter the phone to say yes I like the color or no I don't. She's just decided, all on her own, that "This is a phone for a boy." and not acceptable.

Now I would understand that she was di...

Apparently This Customer Knows More Than I...

I had a guy come to my kiosk today with a broken phone. The phone worked, but the screen was screwed up. I told him his options:

ME - AT&T has purchased Cell One so you actually have two options. Either you could buy a Cell One phone at full retail price or you could switch to AT&T and get an AT&T phone and plan.

*NOTE - We were told Friday that Cell One customers CAN upgrade to Cell One if the store still has Cell One phones in stock. I do not offer this unless the customers asks. Even then, I still attempt to get them to switch to AT&T.

CUST - What have you got?

ME - For Cell One, we have the Sony Ericsson W580i which costs $400 and the RIM Blackberry 7290 which costs $120. For AT&T, we have the Nokia 2610 for free. It is basi...

But I use this phone for Business .....

If you are running your business entirely on a cell phone, with no other means of communication, you deserve to be losing money.

Besides sir, this is an individual account. if you want to be treated like a business customer consider opening a business account.
