Your web site provides an important service and I sincerely appreciate its data and information. BUT, your tech people have done you a huge dis-service by making it very un-friendly when it comes to asking a question.

Can you guys list the first 6 digits of your ESN? From what I know..but I may be wrong...the RAZRS usually start off with 0301-something. I was wondering if other people have different numbers. The RSS feeds got a code update today. Nothing huge, but I added images, and a some glitches should be fixed with certain readers / aggregators.

The revamp may have caused a one-time set of duplicate posts in some readers / aggregators, but that was unavoidable and shouldn't happen again.

Hi I just got the razor form T-mobile.
Now although I love the way that the phone looks, I'm not very impressed with the way the phone functions and its menus.
To start with, for some reason, my phone stops recording video only after about 4-5 sec.?!? 😕
On the display it shows that I have been used only like 1 or 2% of my memory so I think that it might have something to do with the settings but I couldn't figure it out on my own.
Can anyone help me with that?

Manufactured: Oct 21, 2005

Typically, how does the FCC approval date that you list relate to the release date and manufacture date?

When you click "carriers" the order is changed from what it has been for quite awhile. Do you keep these organized by subscriber numbers? If it is, I didn't even notice Tmo passing Sprint/nextel.

All this time on this site and I'd never noticed a reason for the organization.

I wasn't sure if it was a concern or problem for you here, but I did want you all to know that the latest version of it now checks the robots.txt file.

For the user agent use "Fasterfox" and setup permissions normally.

Example to prevent any link pre-fetching:

User-agent: Fasterfox
Disallow: /

After completing the pairing procedure between razr V3i and Jabra Headset, I am able to receive calls through my BT500 Headset. However, when I play music from the RAZR V3i it does not come through the BT500. In other words, BT500 is not able to receive music played from the RAZR phone. I do not hear the music unless I diconnect the bluetooth headset.

Is there any particular bluetooth headset that works well with Razr V3i. Can you listen to music through the bluetooth head set?

I use a Blackberry as one of my devices. I can get the email that someone as replied to a message on phonescoop but when I click on the link, it takes me to a page with 2 links.
