👿 I have had an issue with the same phone now its my 4th device the LG OPTIMUS T and this phone charges it self, freeze and doesn't work period!!!!!!! All tmobile want to do is send me the same phone i have spoken to so many people there I'm getting the run around doesn't tmobile test there phones. Wow the last thing was the kicker they told me i can give you 100 off the full retail price of the phone REALLY.....I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY...POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE

Can anyone tell me anything substantial about when this phone might drop on TMobile? I have been holding my breath and waiting that my current phone will hold out until this new BB comes out but I may not be able to wait much longer since I only have a cell and thus cannot be without a phone. I believe the delay/issue was at RIM's end so I will ask over on that board as well.

I was wondering if T-Mobile was offering specila discounts for students. I know they have deals for international students but how about US students? I found conflicting responses online.... Thanks

I just had to do a warranty of my phone (warranty is through November) with customer care. I am being charged a $20 warranty proccessing & service fee. I have argued with the reps & a supervisor on this. Warranty is warranty period! Regardless of any insurance coverages that I have or do not have on my phone, my device should be covered for manufactures defects for ONE SOLID YEAR FOR FREE! WTF?!! Anyone have comments/insight or know how to beat this becasue this is complete BS.

Wow, I just returned a phone I didn't like, with only one day's use, and wrapped exactly as when it was received -- down to the sticker that held the box together.

Apparently there is a NEW restock fee. For a phone I didn't like I was charged a *$50* restock fee -- whether I bought a different phone or not.

Pretty unhappy! This was a corporate store too, not just a store that sold t-mobile. They told me this went into affect on Sunday.

According to Forbes, you shouldn’t pin your hopes and dreams on the launch of the iPhone 5 come September. Analyst Peter Misek tells the site that a device called the iPhone 4S is actually set to debut, which will not include LTE functionality. Misek claims the iPhone 4S will “include minor cosmetic changes, better cameras, A5 dual-core processor, and HSPA+ support.”

Why yet another delay? Apparently the Qualcomm LTE chipset the iPhone 5 is supposed to have isn’t performing up to Apple’s standards. Apple planned to release both the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 5 this fall, with the major difference being the 4S would not have the 4G/LTE service the 5 did.

T-Mo is rapidly deploying 21 and 42 Mbps WCDMA towers, but no handsets seem to be on horizon to actually take advantage of those speeds. Are the higher speeds meant for T-Mo Hotspots only? It would be nice to hear a clear statement on that from T-Mobile.

I currenty have the Even More 1000 minute plan, i found a new plan online that is 1500 minutes for 79.99 with unlimited data and texting, i have a dicount on my account that is 12 percent of my bill, will the 1500 minute plan qualify for that discount or will i have to give it up. thanks in advance.... 🙂
