My T-MOBILE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is AT&T going to get rid of our T-Mobile service reps and just keep their own? ๐ yeah, I'm worried sick, I need my job bad. I also have a T-Mobile dealer plan. It's an awesome deal that T-Mobile gives to it's employees. Is AT&T going to honor it? I have not heard good things of AT&T and I'm not happy about that change.
Go AWAY AT&T!!! GO AWAY!!!! ๐ข

advice on older phones
Using the awesome search engine on this site, I came up with a short list:
Nokia 5130
Nokia 5310
Nokia 6300
Samsung T519
Ericsson Equinox
Moto RAZR V3
As usual, the reviews are mixed, but I can ignore issues related to texting, internet, music, camera, speakerphone, etc. Reception is important. Less so battery life. Any thoughts?

MyTouch 4g HSPA+ Question
Quick question I'm hoping to have answered, went to 2 T-Mobile stores and still not certain, also tried Google. I have the MyTouch 4G on an EM+ Plan, 500 mins, $59.99, my location is downtown Chicago. In my "about phone" settings, the network type used to indicate "HSPA+." I had a sim card issue with wifi calling and was sent an OTA update from tech support.
Ever since, the network type always indicates either "HSDPA" or "UMTS" and never "HSPA+." The store reps have told me that although the phone displays HSDPA/UMTS, it is still running at the "4g" speed / HSPA+ and that the network does it automatically if I am in a 4g area, which I obviously am.
This just doesn't make sense to me, am I missing something? The Samsung Tab o...
