YOu att PTTless people with good credit can come over to NExtel and let me tell you one lousy tiny mistake on Nextels part, I mean something miniscule and you complain? Boom right then and there they credit your account. I have gotten like 5 of them in the last two months .Well so long suckas 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

....and boy do they know it!! 👿 if you're in window now is the time to call att and get your promos! a one yr agreement on a qualifying plan (which is pretty much all of them) can get you upto 650 more anytime mins and early evenings as well as ultd mobile to mobile! Our customers seem to know they can get everything when its that time in the yr. Customers just call and straight say..."my contracts up, what are you going to give me to stay w/ you" which wasnt much of a threat until freakin number portability! thanks FCC! 😛

I've heard through the grapevine just today that as ATTWS customers are migrated to Cingular systems ATTWS care reps will begin to be layed off until we are gone. Is there any truth to this or is it just another assumption of what ight possibly happen?(I heard it from another rep, who did not reference any reliable source)

Is GSM coverage as good as the maps make it look or is there still a lot of feedback about poor coverage areas?

Is anyone besides me still here late on a Saturday night?

I'm an indirect AT&T Dealer. I wondered if anyone else noticed on the display model of the Nokia 3120 it has Cingular on it instead of AT&T Wireless. I thought that was pretty interesting. Also noticing that the 3120's box has no ATT&T markings on it. Just a standard Nokia box. IT'S GETTING CLOSE!!

Has anyone had an opportunity to try a umts phone. If so, how did you like it and which phone was it?

I am considering changing my service to AT&T and would like to get a flip phone. I don't really care about a camera phone. Which AT&T flip phone would you recommend? Also, I am in no great hurry. Will AT&T be introducing any more flip phones before year end? Thanks for any advice/info.

The Motorola MPX-220 might be coming soon and since this phone is well over due for release we should expect it any day now.

It's probably time that a megapixel phone, besides having a smartphone platform be released, it's a phone to certainly look forward to. Hopefully most of the bugs are worked out well before the launch date.

At&t commericals are running an add for 34.99 family plan, they forget to mention per phone you have no idea how many people are asking for the 34.99 family plan though att

i am just wondering if any fellow customer care reps have been told where our position will be once the merger is complete... we have been told that our new client is suppose to be Sprint. i was wondering if anyone knew, especially with our center because we are the biggest center that AT&T wireless has and it would be a lot of people without jobs if they decided to lay us off. i also heard that we can't get employed by another wireless carrier until after 6 months if we lose our contract with AT&T wireless, if anyone knows i would like to know myself as well. thanks in advance 😁

I'm probably grasping at straws here, but does anyone know of some online maps that show cell tower locations throughout the city (i.e. my city, Jacksonville, FL)?

I'd like to see the placement of ATT tower(s) and Cingular tower(s) relative to my home, to gauge why my signal is so crappy on ATT but much better when roaming on Cingular around my home.

This is pretty minor but I cannot stand the carrier logo on the phone. Any info on getting phones without the logo -- obviously when buying phones with contract from the carrier, not outright purchases from third parties. At least advice on removing the logo without damaging the phone?
