carrier logo on phones
This is pretty minor but I cannot stand the carrier logo on the phone. Any info on getting phones without the logo -- obviously when buying phones with contract from the carrier, not outright purchases from third parties. At least advice on removing the logo without damaging the phone?

if you want a phone without the logo,you can get it direct from the manufacturer but you pay full retail price now discounts in any way.

I suppose buying the phone from the manufacturer or a third party is the way to go.. moreso for getting an unlocked phone than the logo. These companies should pay their customers to carry pones with their logos on them -- its just another form of advertising.
About unlocking --- are there opportunities to get your phone unlocked without voiding the warranty after a set period of time? For example I bought a pre-pay phone in Sydney and I was able to get it unlocked after 3 months or after I spent $85 on credits.

I would like to remove the INSIDE operator logo (att wireless) from 3 LG L1150s. The OUTSIDE one isn't a problem at all.
