Switching Unlimited Data From Phone To A New Tablet Possible?

I currently have two grandfathered UNLIMITED data plans for my two phones (two separate lines). Data usage currently rarely exceeds one GB (averaging about 1/3 GB).

I've been wondering whether I could transfer one of my grandfathered unlimited data plans to a 4G tablet that would use much more data, both Wi-Fi and 4G. I'd then get the lowest tier data plan for the second phone line when I upgrade my wife's phone.

I know that predominently Wi-Fi usage and temporary tethering while away from hotspots would probably be the least expensive way to go, but if one of my unlimited data plans could be used, it would be an option.

Suggestions?

Bought online, exchange question?

Can't remember, if I do an exchange will VZW send me my replacement first, then I send them my old phone?
Therefore I'm not without a phone? Or are they going to say send us your current phone and when we receive it we'll send you your exchange?
Leaving me without a phone in the interim. 😕

What is the most effective way to complain about a verizon employee?

I want to complain about a arrogant and rude employee at a Verizon kiosk at a BJ's store.

Can someone tell me the best way to do this.

TIA.

Early Upgrade

I think I asked this before but I know VZW got rid of the early upgrade process unless you had one left or maybe I am just wrong altogether.

At any rate I would love to get rid of my Droid X since it's long overdue and there are a slew of new toys out there, Can I get an early upgrade at all? Or do I have to wait til July when I am elegible?

Thanks

4G LTE and Battery Life

I have a friend of mine that works for Verizon Wireless as a Sales rep and recently upgrade to the new RAZR. He told me last night he doesnt bother with 4G and keeps it turned off for the simple fact that it absolutely destroys battery life. Thoughts?

Having a hard time chosing between Droid Razr and Galaxy Nexus

I've been contemplating for the LONGEST time which phones to go with. I had two chances and the first time, I went with the Iphone 4s and it was a big mistake! Now, Verizon said I had one more chance to upgrade my phone. I currently have the Droid X and have done my research on both the Droid Razr and Galaxy Nexus. There were some things I liked on the Razr, some I didn't, and the same goes for the Nexus. If only i can blend the two into one phone, that would be great! but unfortunately i can't so I have to make my decision and go with one or the other. Honestly, I am a loyal Motorola fan, they have never let me down but perhaps i am being biased towards the other brand and not giving them enough of a chance as well. If i go with the Razr, I...

Will I lose my unlimited data?

I currently have a Motorola Droid X and I am thinking about an upgrade soon. If I go with a new 4G phone and do the usual contract renewal, will I still have unlimited data like I have now, or will Ibe forced into a cappedd plan?

HTC Thunderbolt Question

I know they all had problems dropping the 4G when connected to the mobile hotspot, but apparently according to everyone at Verizon Wireless, it should be fixed now. Well, I am continuing to have the problem. Every time I connect to my 4G hotspot with my 2011 Macbook Pro, it droppes the connection after 5 or 10 min. Yes, I have all the lastest updates and they have sent me two replacement devices. What should I do or what are my options? I purchased the phone brand new in August, so it is still well under warranty.

Galaxy Nexus: Not til November 17?!!!?. . .

I saw a headline on AC that said Europe is getting the Galaxy Nexus first on Nov 17. That is soooo not cool!!! Google is a U.S based company. Plus I saw a leaked Verizon document that said Galaxy Nexus on Nov 10.

Anybody.know anything specific? Nov 10 isn't all that far away, but the 17th is even further.

Ship Dates for iPhone 4s

Hi guys. Haven't been here in a while. Anyhow, I bought my son an iPhone 4s from Verizon right before Christmas and , of course, they were sold out. They placed the order and told me it should ship around Jan 4th. Does anyone on here know if those dates are holding out? Thanks in advance.

Roaming Internationally

My contract just ended with verizon. I will be going over-seas for school on and off for 4-6 months at a time (Semester, break, semester, break etc).

Verizon has a notification on their website that says: Verizon Wireless will terminate your service for good cause if less than half of your voice or data usage over three consecutive billing cycles is on the Verizon Wireless National Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area.

Does that mean that verizon would NOT be a good choice for me to stay with. Is AT&T the same way? I don't want to rent a phone or get pre-paid international service if i can avoid it.

Any input?

Can anybody predict the liklihood of the Samsung Stratosphere getting ICS?

It already has GB, so it's only one upgrade away. Plus it has plenty of internal memory. Based on the Stratosphere's specs, can anyone predict if it will get upgraded to ICS?

Just got the Droid RAZR.....but....

It's a fantastic phone its just extremely wide...i like the size of the screen but if they reduced the size of the bezel a little bit..even a few millimeters it would be better...

im scared because i cannot use it one handed and im afraid i will drop it.

Any suggestions, i could exchange or return it but I like it alot? It was a good deal $.01 from amazon....
