I'm getting an insurance replacement Droid Charge tomorrow, and I want to know if I can just take the LTE sim card out of my current Droid Charge and put it into the insurance replacement.

Otherwise I'm not sure how I'm going to go about calling Vzn and registering the new LTE sim cause my old Droid Charge screen is black, totally black from being dropped, Super AMOLED technology is weird I guess.

Just trying to figure this out, UPS usually comes around 12:30 in the afternoon here, I will be tired then, and will want a smooth transition to my new Charge.

The new iPhone for Verizon announced today is NOT a 4g phone, right? And it will not allow talking and surfing at the same time as the AT&T iPhone allows, right? Please confirm. I need to make a move very shortly on my own situation. Many thanks.

so check it...i got my replacement droid x from verizon a few days ago and it still reboots on its own and every so often the timer goes off as if someone set it up that way. anyhoo with all of these issues i have been having do you think that verizon will allow me to upgrade early?

I thought the purpose of preordering a iphone early friday morning 500am) was to be able to get it at release and not wait inline. Why is ship date 10/21 already and no news of it being sold out online?

We use 10.x.x.x in our networks and heard this might possibly be why, but there has to be a way. I would think most companies use this range.

Hey I have confirmation that we will have all smart phones at a hundred bucks off with verizon at the shack when it launches. We just got some signs in, and it's going to be awesome. No word yet if apple is going to also be a hundred bucks off but imagine if it was! 😲 zomg iphone. Just kidding, but really thats going to be such a good deal. plus no mail in rebates, woot! 😁

Well in a nut shell I was trying to upgrade to the Verizon GB however when I was told to reboot to finish installing I rebooted the phone and am now stuck on the bootloader screen. No matter what I do I cannot get past this screen. Anyone have any ideas to get this back? Or can I get it back?

I'm using 2.3.4; I'm pretty sure the .4 was just pushed out the other day, caused me some trouble as it reset some things I had 'just right' but nothing I couldn't change back. Anyway, I'm in this phone for at least another year, love it ans was wondering if this is it?? No more love for DINC1??

verizon replaced my wife and me's android based phones with an alternative device due to ongoing issues. I explained that my wife's phone and battery's water indicator was bright red because my 2 year old dumped a class of water when the cover and battery was out during a reset (battery pull).

She said that was fine and that just because the sticker was blown did not mean the warranty was voided.

I got the new phones today and called again to double check and was told that only if the phone shows water damage after being taken apart will they have an issue with it. Also, the rep stated verizon will just ask for me to send back the new droid x and will not charge us if that is the case.
