andrew, i would avoid boost like the plauge...that network is so over-worked it's amazing...sold boost for about 6 months and there were people getting text messages like 2 days later...as for cricket, i worked for cricket for about 2 years in cincinnati...the service is solid, the technology while not on the att verizon level is light years past boost and yeah there are some fees, but if you pay your bill on time, do it online and don't change ...

just had one...couple comes in...phone wet...no idea how it could have happened...never get ins...then they say that because i can't do anything for them they are going to get off of t-mobile...it took everything i had not to yell at them "it's not t-mobile's fault you can't keep a phone dry!" what assclowns!!!!! i hate people!!!! wiseguy

my favorite is when a customer comes in and needs pre-paid minutes and i ask them which carrier they have they say motorola...i hate people!!!!

now i'm not saying everyone knows exactly what their credit score is but don't come in and waste my time then get pissed off when i tell you there is a $500 deposit per line...i understand being surprised by $75-$150 but $500 means you have not paid anybody...ever!!!! this would be a great job if it wasn't for the customers!!! wiseguy

i am a t-mo customer ready for an upgrade...who's got the best prices out there???? my limited research shows let'stalk.com as the front runner...who else??? also, any great deals on unlocked phones would be great wiseguy

it is good that you understand that mistakes happen, because you are going to see plenty of them with cricket...and the excuse that they are a new company is wrong because while they are new to portland they have been in business for over 7 years...that said you are getting about the standard response to issues, slow with a major lack of communication mixed in...my best recommendation is to go to a corp store and tell them you want ...

Good day all…I am thinking of switching service and I was curious what people thought…I am weighing t-mobile vs at&t…as I can see the pros with t-mobile are cost and the my favs…at&t has better internet services but cost more…I do want decent internet service but I am not a real heavy user…please let me know what you think of the service/phones and any pros/cons…thanks

here is some clarification...it's actually $18 plus tax, which is $19.12 in this county...so really it's $76.48 for a month...what they are targeting is people who are buying $20 pre-paid cards once a week...it's not going to make any sense to you if you're not one of those customers, like many of the users on this site are...will it work??? time will tell

cricket has bought spectrum in chicago and it looks like they will be offering service there, but it'a huge area to build out so i can't even guess on the time frame

phonescoop reported that you get the unlimited directory assistance with the $60 plan...not correct, you can add it but it's not part of the package...next, the real gain is in the lower plans...for $35 a month you can get unlimited local and unlimited text/picture messaging...add a $3 feature bundle and you get voicemail, caller id and call waiting...anyone doing prepaid, teenagers, parents of teenagers and anyone who doesn't need long distance should jump all over that deal...no one can ...

you are going to face the same problems that you face anytime you flash a phone...limited features and the fail rate is pretty high...that's not to say that there are plenty of people out there with flashed phones that work great (i've seen them) just be aware that there may be problems wiseguy
