Crazy Lady
So lady came in with a soaked phone which had never been near water of course. She refused insurance and wanted a free replacement because she was so valued and loyal bla bla bla and when I told her that she would have to pay full retail price threatened to have her son and husband come kick my a** until I give her a free phone 😳 Needless to say she was escorted from the building by the boys in blue. Where the he** do these people come from??

i had a guy come into my store yesterday with the same problem... wet phone doesnt work, wanted a brand new env touch for free.
i told him no.
(him trying to give me the googly pitty me eyes) -oh come on SWEEEETY, not even for little 'ol me, who's been a loyal customer for over 7 years?

just had one...couple comes in...phone wet...no idea how it could have happened...never get ins...then they say that because i can't do anything for them they are going to get off of t-mobile...it took everything i had not to yell at them "it's not t-mobile's fault you can't keep a phone dry!"

Yes it is T Mobiles fault. They design the phones to appear wet so they have to buy a new one at full retail. Because we make tons of money when we sell phones without contract. 😛

What always gets me is this situation:
