I had mine since july 3rd and no problems with it.
Also most of the people that got it when it barley came out didnt have any major problems either.I guess that they made them better 3 months ago.

If i am not mistaken the little symbols mean if the message has been sent, if the person got the message and if he didn't. The envelope with a check mark on it means that the message has been sent and the person received it and if it's an envelope with the red cross on it that means that the message was not delivered. for me none of the buttons outside work with the mp3 player but it still plays when its closed and when u open it u have the option to change the song on ure screen without going to any menu's

Hehe yeah i was the first one at the store today to get it. Used it the whole day and it works great and overall seems like i very nice phone. Didn't have any problems with it so far. :D

Well i didnt mean that phone scoop didnt have any article or any info i mean that it took phonescoop a while to actually get a page for the phone so we can compare it. I read those articles almost the first day they came out. :twisted:

E815 VS Nokia N90
I think it will we a while till the Nokia N90 will be available in the US but which one would you pick? Cuz Nokia N90 is awesome with the 2+ Megapixel camera the only thing i think E815 is better is the battery life. :twisted:
