Also Sprint never claimed they would be getting it publicly. That was all Blackberry at CES in January. You say phones, yet Blackberry hasn't released multiple phones in years. There is only one Blackberry phone out now and it isn't that great of a phone for Sprint to splurge money on and have inventory just laying there. There's no large demand for this phone. Blackberry shot themselves in the foot when they locked it to AT&T for months ...

Sprint has their 10GB that starts at $100 a month and waives the access fees for each line you bring a number over and purchase equipment through a no contract option. So Sprint already beats this offer if you meet the requirements.

in the Article: Sprint Offering Galaxy S6 and Service For $80 Per Month forum

If you aren't going to keep the phone, then it's a great offer since you aren't paying for the Galaxy S6 32GB model with this plan and leasing the phone. If you plan on keeping the phone, it's still a better option to buy it after the 24 month lease term is completed. Either way, Sprint is crediting you $20 a month for 24 months on the leasing option with this offer. You also have the option of trading it ...

Because AT&T did a poor job copying the offer. It only rolls over for 1 month and then expires. T-Mobiles expires after 12 months. If you're going to copy the offer, do it fully, or not at all. Like Verizon is doing because they are by far the most anti-consumer company available, yet even after verbal proof that they don't give a damn about you, people will still vouch for them.

The service wasn't hacked, the celebrity logins were breached and not the service as a whole. There's a huge difference between what you're saying and what actually happened. From what the hackers did, once they gained access to their iCloud, they performed a restore on their phone and copied the photos and such from their phone. in the Article: Apple Releases iOS 8.1 with Apple Pay forum

Apple (along with the hackers)came out about the issue and they were using bruteforce attacks which allowed the hacker to attempt to login as many times as they wanted. The hackers said they were using a top 500 word list to gain access to the account once they got their email address that is associated with the account.

Easy passwords are part of the blame for that.

in the Article: Apple Releases iOS 8.1 with Apple Pay forum

Perhaps jenniferlawrence@gmail.com and password1 weren't the most ideal options. However, Apple did fix the security issue where it would allow the attacker to guess the password an infinite amount of times. This is a lot more trickier or impossible as they would need to have my phone and thumbprint to authorize the purchase. The unique tokens for the cards are also tied to the device so they cannot be used on any other phone.

I don't think iOS updates = revenue for Apple.

From what it sounds like, the user has all of the control and the carriers can't do anything. This is basically the iPhone lock option making the device completely useless and unable to be activated or even used and locks the device down completely. But I agree, no one else besides the owner of the device should be able to access this.

You'll have the option of a) trading the phone in and starting a new lease for another iPhone. or b) keep the phone and go month to month and pay off the device. But I get where you're coming from on that. Now from my standpoint as a sales person for Sprint. Explaining EVERY other plan that we have and now these plans, it's going to get effing confusing for customers. They are already having trouble understanding the Family Share Pack.

Cost is set up my the carrier. Sprint has sold the iPhone 5c and 5s for cheaper than Apple for over a year now. In regards to having a display, I'm sure Apple has them have their own separate station for it just like Samsung does with their Samsung stores in Best Buy that's broken off from the cell phone areas.

Exactly that. Within the first few months of 2015. The fact they had over an hour and half on the 3 separate models for their show and the CEO was determined to have this made, I would bet anything it will be released. 2015 is 3 months away, I would expect this thing to be out within 3-6 months.

Will this thing ever actually be released?

Yes..they just spent over an hour and a half talking about it. Of course they're going to release it. It's slated for early 2015 as stated by Steve Cook himself and it being worth the wait. Apple did this recently with the Mac Pro as well announcing it ahead of it being released a few months later. This is a brand new product and they're still working on it clearly, they just gave us a ton of information on ...

Yeah I was happy with T-Mobile until I got into a building. If it gets resolved and they manage to help with the building penetration, I'm all in and would love to do it because their data speeds were damn impressive, especially fully unlimited. T-Mobile is the only carry I see actually making changes that we benefit from.

The ESN for starters will be blacklisted. You don't know Sprints unlocking policy. Most devices aren't able to be unlocked period, and Sprint is working to change that in 2015 so any phones purchased before they change the policy won't be able to be unlocked for use on another carrier in the states. That doesn't change the fact that if the phone is bought through Easy Pay and the balance isn't paid off, Sprint won't do anything to help ...

I luckily have a discount with AT&T and pay around $75 a month so it's about $30 less than what they were wanting to charge me for a mobile shared plan. T-Mobile was about the same after my discount with them even though it's only 10% compared to 23% I get with AT&T. Just wish T-Mobiles reception was stronger and had better penetration or I'd be all over it.

All costs will become due immediately if you cancel service 6 months in. If you don't pay it, it will hurt the customer more (credit wise) than it will hurt the carrier. Also, that device becomes a paperweight until it's been paid off. It cannot be activated on another account until all fees are cleared.
