Once an icon, now a gimmick for lower tier competitors to steer customers their way?

So the iconic iPhone that was touted as the must have item several years back. The "smart phone" that you wanted to be seen with or never caught dead without. Is now a gimmick, a marketing ploy to steer customers away from the big two to the smaller carriers.

I love it! 不 不 不 不 不 不

Enjoy your two year old specs as I enjoy my new Note 4 Edge in the coming weeks.
Why do you care?

Sprint is paying Apple for the phones. What they chose to sell them for is their business.
But you can't use the Note 4 Edge with one hand. And you can't fit it in your pocket. It so huge. It looks like you are holding a computer to the side of your face to talk to someone.

Way to go Sprint! This is how one gets things done.
I agree. Now, this is a great start!

Maybe now, they'll do this for a few other great devices.
Isn't this bad. You are paying $20 extra to lease a phone. Not buy it.

"Sprint said the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus will be eligible for a new Simply Unlimited plan that offers unlimited talk, text, and data for just $50 per month for a single line"

If you're in a good Sprint service area this is a great deal!
I'm still on a SERO plan and I'm limited to 500mins per month for the same price.
Is this just a plan for the iPhone as of now?
