It was about the money, Id be willing to bet Intel wasn't charging as much as Qualcomm but their performance is always worse. The same thing happens with Most intel products other than desktop/laptop CPUs. Look at their GPUs or Android processors, much cheaper, much crappier and they cant even run many standard android apps.

that's been the only problem Ive had with Ting, the cellular data rates. This should help, still not the cheapest data but much better. For only $6 a month you can throw an extra sim in the tablet and only use it when you need it out and about. And you can still have a Sprint sim and a T-Mobile sim active on the same account. Now if I could only find a decent dual active sim phone.

So True, and having done tech support for VZW, I could add several more to your list. Verizon's certification process is ridiculous, especially seeing how crappy many formerly decent phones become when they are offered by Verizon. Although to be honest, VZW didn't really want to offer the Robin anyway, they Could have already allowed many many CDMA phones onto their network but won't for no reason other than greed and control.
