It's talking about Oct. thru Nov. of 2004...which excluding this last quarter mean it was only about a Quarter ago. Not only that but you know how it goes RUFF. Year over year. Thats how they compare. It's saying that ARPU was down 5.5% in the 4th Quarter of 2004 from where it was at 4th Quarter 2003...not the entire year bro!

And you can make those changes, if you want txt messaging, pix messaging, mobile web, ect. it does not ask you for any kind of agreement to get those items, it'll just cost more to have them. Now say you have a 400 minute calling plan unlimited nights and weekends in network and free nationwide long distance for 39.99...say that they were to change that calling plan to 800 peak minutes and not move the price... with that calling ...

Well everybody, looks like my time in the wireless industry has come to an end. It's been wonderful speaking and arguing with all of you for so long, it's been a blast. Don't worry though, I'll be around checking up on everybody to make sure they're not talking sh!t. Everybody stay cool.

well that is just a step in troubleshooting...kinda like if your CPU freezes up you reboot it...the next step is of course to make sure that all settings on the phone are correct, and if that still doesn't work then we go to the switch, make sure there are no errors there...if there is still an issue there are only 2 possibilities, faulty phone or network issues

but in turn with that customer ease, even if only 1 out of 100,000 cases turn out to be ID fraud, that is a major lawsuit waiting to happen...all to make sure that the customer has it easier...seems like a fairly big risk to me

Well did you or did you not say it wasn't your problem? That alone is not playing an active role in your company as a whole. It's EVERBODY'S problem...cause if you screw up a sale, then that creates calls into the call center, which drives up call volume, which places more customer in the que, which pisses them off because they don't get a rep right away, which in turn will lose customers. Not to mention the actual price ...

I still see issues with that...cause you can verify all you want, the info is available to anyone that really wants to get it...how can you be so sure that it is actually the customer?
Also how can you protect yourself against possible ID Fraud with a verbal agreement over the phone...with nothing in writing the customer could call in the next month and sue your asses...unless you record those calls specifically to C.Y.A.

The worst??? Have you seen Alltel's selection??? But anyways...one of the main problems at least from how I feel is that there are models of phones that are just replacing other so tghere really isn't that large of a selection...I don't like how they are doing that...
